Dr. Rak called the next day to make certain I was doing ok and told me to call him directly of I had any issues. So far I've had a great experience. I had my one-week post-op check today. Very black and blue and very swollen. All is expected and normal though so that is good to hear. I can move more and massage etc. I am 69 years of age and a diabetic so it may take me a little longer than most to heal. I scheduled my 3 months check in and then will decide when to have the sides and flanks done. I am taking a slower roll with this. I want to see how I heal. If I do well, I may schedule for next month. We'll see. But overall, these folks are great! If I can update this, I will when I have my next appointment in November.

After years of struggling to breathe, I finally saw Dr. Bapna--and I'm so grateful I did. He…read moreperformed a phenomenal surgery that has completely changed my quality of life. I can breathe clearly for the first time in years - and I'm happy to say that I've been running again, which was impossible with the breathing issues. What really sets him apart, though, is his honesty and compassion. He has never pushed unnecessary aesthetic procedures and has even advised me not to pursue surgeries he didn't feel were needed. That level of integrity is rare and so appreciated. His bedside manner is warm, kind, and reassuring, and his postoperative care has been even more impressive than the surgery itself, which I wouldn't believe possible since the surgery was flawless. He has been attentive, patient, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire healing process. If you're looking for a surgeon with outstanding skill, a thoughtful aesthetic eye, and genuine care for his patients, I cannot recommend Dr. Bapna enough.

I was gearing up to the big 5-0 and I said let's do a facelift. He said, yeah, no. You don't need one. Ok. Eyebrow lift? Nope. You don't need that. He did say that's because my hair was thinning. But I will leave that alone. I was stunned. In Las Vegas, the doctor would have said sounds good enough for me. Let's get her scheduled for surgery. Eye lift, facelift, scrub me in. Not Dr. Bapna. The patience, the bedside manner, and just his kindness is off the charts. This doctor has the credentials, he has worked for the best of the best. But Dr. Bapna has a unique gift that simply says, just because another doctor says you need this, doesn't mean you do.. I'm sorry, what? I will likely kick myself for writing this because I will have to book two years in advance. This doctor walks the walk. He talks the talk. But in my opinion, there is no one better. I am grateful I found him. I still get Botox but he even talks me out of fillers. Run to him!

My healing process was smooth and Dr Donaldson called me after my surgery to check in. I'd say the only negative I had is that you really only meet Dr Donaldson the day of surgery. It would have been nice to have a follow up with him post surgery. I was also told that there was some sort of "graduation" ceremony during your last post surgery appointment with the surgical staff but that wasn't actually a thing. I'm also a bit disappointed that I never received a follow up when I expressed concerns regarding my scar tissue.

He performed my breast reduction and nipple grafts with incredible attention to detail, and the results have far exceeded my expectations. Dr. Lichten has a calming bedside manner which other surgeons I consulted with lacked. He took his time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, answer all my questions and has made sure I've felt comfortable and informed throughout. It is clear he truly cares about not just the outcome of the procedure, but also about your overall experience and well-being. I'm beyond grateful for the care I have and still am receiving and couldn't have asked for a better surgeon. Highly recommend!!!

My consultation with Dr. Walter Bernacki went exceptionally well. After having three consultations…read moreregarding the removal of my excess skin, I can honestly say this was by far the best consultation I have experienced. From the moment I checked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Jamie and Salatha were especially helpful throughout the process, taking the time to answer my questions and making me feel supported every step of the way. Dr. Bernacki was extremely personable and immediately put me at ease. He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answer questions, and share what to expect. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated the time he spent with me. I was also very impressed with his extensive knowledge and years of experience. It was evident that he genuinely cares about his patients and wants to help them feel more confident in their own skin. That compassion, combined with his expertise, gave me complete confidence in choosing him to perform my surgery. Another thing I appreciated was the informative brochure and written materials I received. They were well organized, easy to understand, and answered many of the questions I had even before speaking with him. Choosing to have surgery is a significant decision, and selecting the right surgeon is even more important. After meeting with Dr. Bernacki and his outstanding team, I feel confident that I made the right choice. I highly recommend a consultation with Dr. Bernacki and his staff to anyone considering a procedure. Their professionalism, knowledge, compassion, and exceptional patient care made this an outstanding experience. Thank you again for making this such a positive experience. I look forward to my next steps! Jacque

I want to bring awareness to this practice once again. Please please please stay away from this…read moreplace if you need major plastic surgery. I had a breast lift full abdonmenplasty and excess skin removed. The surgery was rushed and botched. After months of fighting the practice offered to fix it free of charge with no cost to the surgery center.. I was terrified to do this with him so it took me a long time to make the decision. I am having pain in my implants which were too small and never dropped. They sit in my peck muscle. I told Walter Bernacki that my private area now looks like a ball sack. He had the nerve to imply that I was so fat before we don't know what my private parts looked like. So not only did you perform a botched surgery you then fat shame me in your office. You then want to charge me for another surgery that I shouldn't have had after I paid you $30,000 cash. You still think I should come up with $2,500 to re do what you did. I explained I don't have that money and I feel like I look like a monster... revisions are needed I get that.. but I've had two other Drs tell me this was a poor surgery and I shouldn't look like this. I am begging you go somewhere else if you need to get under the knife of this Dr. If was making payments to his office for years this would have been done correctly. Now I have to go through the legal battle of getting this corrected. I was stupid to pay him up front. And then to be fat shamed. He and his office staff know they did this job wrong. I also had an abscess that formed contacted his office 5 times and I was ignored. I will not back down this time I don't ever want to see anyone else go through what I did. His office may beautiful but his work surely is not. And if I could post before, and after photos on Google, I would. My implants are still sitting like this after 1/10/24. I have been living like this for years and he thinks he did nothing wrong. After reading all of these horrible botched reviews it's scary that he can continue to do surgeries.

I would've gladly turned back around to have them look it or stopped back in another time I definitely got the impression from my conversation with the front desk, staff, that the practice is more concerned with the monetary value of my visit as opposed to keeping a new patient. You don't need to come back :) :) :)" very smugly & rudely. Her assistant had to constantly be reminded to put gloves on. She loved to be in my ear telling me repeatedly to breathe & ask me if I'm ok. It was so annoying & a weird thing to do, very unprofessional. I'd also like to add that one of the front desk ladies was extremely rude. I was looking at a picture of a certain treatment I was curious about & she said "do you want something ? You can go" like yeah I know I can go I have a question? Her response was snarky & sarcastic, & was very unnecessary.
