Everyone there was complaining, and many were wrapped in blankets provided by the reception. When I asked the reception to increase the heat, she said they couldn't, that the building controlled the temperature, the thermostat was not in their suite -- not sure I believe that. It was inexcusable, especially when their service requires that patients sit for at least an hour in the waiting area for test results.
