He is highly competent, compassionate and truly cares. In my opinion and unusual combination of skills. I have learned that repair of the nose is very complex, and it will never be perfect. Dr. Smith has worked tirelessly with me to improve things to the most optimal outcome. I just finished my seventh surgery today and have had numerous laser procedures. I would travel across the globe to work with the Dr. Smith and the entire team at Smith Facial Plastics.

I was interested in a JetPeel for a scar on my face. It's a nonsurgical treatment combines pure oxygen with sterile saline solution delivered in a high speed stream to gently exfoliate and polish the upper layers of skin. It's similar to Microdermabrasion, without the crystals, or whatever it is. It was pretty pricey, and of course just one visit wasn't enough. I did go back 2 more times, and unfortunately didn't see any change. I felt like they didn't really care what was best for me. I was hoping for some guidance and suggestions from the professionals, but instead they just scheduled me for what I requested. Considering these are doctors, I expected a little more attention, not like I was coming in for a pedicure.

I can't think of one bad thing to say & I think that speaks for itself. All of the staff and Dr Shah are amazing. Not only was it my first cosmetic surgery (BA) it was also my first real surgery as a whole. (Other than wisdom teeth). Everyone here has treated me w such kindness, are very caring and go above and beyond to make the experience relatively easy and as painless as possible.
