She did a horrific job creating a top denture for me, ignoring another dentists advice to cut the frenulum before creating a denture. Her idea of "going around it" was to take a knife and carve a V into the plastic of the denture, and place the cut rough plastic back into my mouth and forcing it into my frenulum. When that didn't work she cut a larger V into the denture, covered it in denture glue and put it back in my mouth, pushing the rougher cut plastic into my frenulum. Then she said "oh well some people just don't have a good fit. I've known people who have to put glue on their denture 4 and 5 times a day to get them to stay in". Maybe cutting the frenulum which is what was told to her that needed to be done would have helped. She then stated, oh by the way, you won't be able to eat with those because they do not match your bottom teeth. She's a joke and no denture specialist, hardly a dentist. The females who answer the phones are some of the most hateful, unpleasant, rude harpees I've ever talked to. They must be miserable people in their lives. Even former employees say all they do is laugh at the clients behind their backs. This place should really be called the third world clinic, not third Street. After surgery the doctor allegedly left on vacation. I went through the Holidays thinking I had Cancer. When the doctor returned I went back for follow up, and the nurse stared at my daughter the whole time she was in the examine room but while asking me questions. I have my teeth cleaned here, my fillings done, and today they took out old fillings from a different DDS that were no good. Grinding out the old filling, cleaning the tooth, and refilling it took no more than 20 minutes. Literally. I walked in at 9:24am and walked out at 9:51 (longer than 20 yes, but you have to account for the receptionists who ask about how your family is). EVERYONE at Stakers takes the time out of their day to smile and ask how you are, it's just such a nice place. The procedure was absolutely painless.
