The dentist Mark is a super sweet guy and the receptionist staff are always lovely. I really like that they offer fluoride treatments and mouth cancer screenings. I'm pretty lucky that I have not ever had a cavity or work that has need to be done and am good about coming in every six months for cleanings which may help. My experience yesterday was frustrating for a few reasons, which is atypical but it seems easily fixable. I was due for X-rays and the dental technician told me upon arrival that I would have to take all of my piercings out that are located above my neck. This is not something I have ever had to do there before. I did the best I could, and I have quite a few. This was time consuming, and not something I was prepared for. There was not a great place to do this either. Anytime I have had to do this for any other medical facility I have been given prior notice to prepare. This would have been helpful, and when I mentioned this to the technician, she was dismissive and said they don't know ahead of time because the front desk schedules the X-rays. I ended up running extremely late to work without time to put them back in, and ended up losing one of my diamond earrings because the cup I was given to put them ended up having a hole in it. I understand that it is not directly the fault of Advanced Dental Wellness that I lost my earring, but if I had a heads up about the need to remove my jewelry on my ears and face, like the majority of medical facilities it wouldn't have happened.

She mapped my brows, did some color matching, and talked about expectations the day of the appointment. I felt very well-informed and comfortable in her hands and with Boss Gal in general. My appointment was the following week and it went as smooth as expected. And speaking of expectations Kayla provided me with an overview of what the next week or two would look like from the appearance of my brows to the healing process and everything else. On day two they were super dark, but as she advised they would soften over time and they did! Four weeks later was a touch-up and it was exactly what I needed. This is one of the best things about this place for me because I can pop over after work and get in for their last appointments of the day during the week (6PM). They are also open on Saturdays! My first time in I was about 10 minutes late (gasp I know, I hate being that person) because of the insane snow storm that touched down in Columbus. It took me 45 minutes to drive what should have been 15. I digress. They were SO nice about me being late. They didn't rush me, they did my full service, and even stayed to answer some of my questions about packages / memberships. I saw Sarah while I was in. She was super sweet and very knowledgeable. She talked me through each stage of my service. Afterwards she even sent me a list of products that would work best for my skin to try out before coming back in. I received a derma-plane treatment. Sarah was gentle and careful. I walked away with silky smooth skin. From what I can tell their memberships are the best possible deal you can get there. There is a lot included for what you get, especially compared to if you were to just get the services on their own. In order to get their membership you have to sign up for at least 6 months (with a 2 month cancellation period). I'm excited to try this out. Hoping to get my skin in a good place with Sarah's help and then, fingers crossed, be self-sufficient to maintain it with minimal appointments.

From the second I decided to inquire about a consultation to now, having experienced the process and worst recovery days, I am so extremely happy I went with my gut & had my surgery done here. I can't think of one bad thing to say & I think that speaks for itself. All of the staff and Dr Shah are amazing. Not only was it my first cosmetic surgery (BA) it was also my first real surgery as a whole. (Other than wisdom teeth). Everyone here has treated me w such kindness, are very caring and go above and beyond to make the experience relatively easy and as painless as possible. I never once second guessed my decision, only felt mild anxiety in the hours leading up to surgery and most of all, I never felt uncomfortable with any of the process. They offer additional convenience factors for contact, paperwork and payment, which I've greatly appreciated w my work schedule. While it will be a little while yet to see my fully healed results, I can already tell I love them.
