When I replied in the negative, I was told they could not help me. The guy behind the counter wasn't wearing a mask until I walked in, if that matters to anyone, and as soon as he said he couldn't help me, went back to whatever he was doing on his computer. So, unless you are military or law enforcement or security with credentials, you are not allowed to even make it past the front door and look around. Had I known this, I wouldn't have driven a half hour to be immediately dismissed upon entry. The information on this Yelp page should probably be changed to reflect this policy. A week later when I bright my XSM pants back to exchange I was greeted at the door by a man who grabbed my bag out of my hands and ran off with it. He stated "what is wrong with these" I informed them that they were too small. He said "well of course, they are extra small". I thought nothing of it and picked out two pairs of pants to excahnge for my one pair of pants and shirt, planning to pay the difference. When I approached the cash register the man stated "no it doesn't work that way" . I informed him that I realized that I could not exchange the shirt for the pants and I would gladly pay the difference. He stated "no when did you purchase these?" I said a week ago. He stated you only have 3 days to return them. I said does it say that on the receipt, because that is not what I was told? I then pulled out my phone and started looking for my emailed receipt and he stated "Look at me put down your phone". I was appalled and said excuse me, you cannot talk to me like that. At that point the "owner" started escalating. I then being a small women decided to grab my original purchase and leave the shop as I was alone with the much larger man escalating in a shop with no one around. It is no wonder why this establishment is empty. The way I was treated and talked down too was unacceptable for an everyday interaction not to mention an owner of an establishment that is try to earn my business. The woman didn't acknowledge me regardless no eye contact or hello when I entered. Even if your helping someone you could say hi. Maybe because I wasn't a hot guy cop.
