On the other hand, the sizes are picked over so much that I rarely purchase anything. I wear small or extra smalls and the merch on the racks skews toward extra large! Also the store seems to be set up to discourage trying on the outerwear. There are several full length mirrors scattered around the perimeter, but there is so much stuff piled in front of them you can't stand back to see yourself and there is no bench or anything to set your stuff on. If I'm gonna spend $140 on a coat I want to make sure I don't look like an elf or a hobbit in it. I mentioned all this to the clerk behind the cash register. She got needlessly snotty & defensive with me. Next time I'm gonna check out the Hawks Prairie location and see if it's any better.

The guy behind the counter wasn't wearing a mask until I walked in, if that matters to anyone, and as soon as he said he couldn't help me, went back to whatever he was doing on his computer. He stated "what is wrong with these" I informed them that they were too small. He said "well of course, they are extra small". I thought nothing of it and picked out two pairs of pants to excahnge for my one pair of pants and shirt, planning to pay the difference. When I approached the cash register the man stated "no it doesn't work that way" . I informed him that I realized that I could not exchange the shirt for the pants and I would gladly pay the difference. He stated "no when did you purchase these?" I said a week ago. He stated you only have 3 days to return them. I said does it say that on the receipt, because that is not what I was told? I then pulled out my phone and started looking for my emailed receipt and he stated "Look at me put down your phone". I was appalled and said excuse me, you cannot talk to me like that. At that point the "owner" started escalating. I then being a small women decided to grab my original purchase and leave the shop as I was alone with the much larger man escalating in a shop with no one around. It is no wonder why this establishment is empty.
