It makes no real sense to gauge the customer(s) as we want you to come back and leave the garage satisfied whenever there is an automotive need. Also, these guys work "pronto"; they identify the issue being addressed; they do nothing before receiving your approval and all questions are reasonably broached with the pros and cons of the particular problem, including the price estimate and what it will take to get you up and running. Even the stated name of this Automotive shop is at once friendly and warm. It rather purposely goes forward while informing you that you are among people who really care about you and your need. We took in a vehicle for an estimate on some repairs based on a failed inspection elsewhere and they extorted a fee for an inspection, that they did not perform, refusing to return the title ; which they didn't need in the first place as they weren't asked to do an inspection. (They took advantage of someone who wasn't aware) They have a number of large dogs unleashed that jump up on the cars and, based on the interior condition of the car when picked up, were allowed to go into the vehicles. The police were called when they refused to relinquish the title. Terrible customer service, dilapidated facility, should have never left the car upon seeing this. Very unprofessional.

No problem...they pre-measured the tread and noted the tires met state requirements. McCaffrey's told me the tires would have to be replaced without a formal measurement. They were courteous and an experienced, professional staff provided detailed explanations about the work being done or proposed to be done. Picked me and dropped me off, as well. Pricing is less than dealers and feedback was honest and sincere. They recommended new air filters, which is standard for most cars with notable mileage, but I declined. No big deal. My car was returned with no grease smudges (thank you!). I will definitely return for future service. And they have experienced diesel mechanics for my Super Duty.

I then left for my dayjob and I came back to pick up the car and went home. It was around night and realized my car felt a bit lighter than usual. I had DJ equipment in the car (more specifically in the trunk). I popped my trunk and it was gone. I contacted the shop to review footage and they gave me an excuse saying that only the boss can access the camera footage and one of the workers said the boss was in around 11-noon. I called the shop to speak with the boss, and a worker said the boss left in the morning. So not only can they not keep their story consistent but they're acting shady and saying the footage doesn't show things in the actual garage. I trusted these guys with my car and my belongings in my car. Never again.

A huge portion of the pipe was completely rotted through. After getting my estimate which was quite reasonable cuz I did do some research, I explained to Bill and Fran about my previous experience and they were completely apologetic and as gracious as Jason had been.
