I clearly told them NOT to do the state inspection yet, but they ignored my instructions, completed it anyway, and charged me for it. Later, when I returned to complete the emissions inspection and get the stickers, they claimed I had to do the safety inspection again. On top of the confusion and unnecessary charges, the owner had a very rude attitude. Every time I tried to explain the situation and point out their mistake, he kept interrupting me and telling me to "keep quiet." Completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior toward a customer. This place seems more interested in adding charges and arguing with customers than providing honest service. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. ZERO STAR.

This time, to inform me that they couldn't figure out how to get the existing battery out of my car and they had 6 people try with no luck. This is a Mercedes GLB. They're a super common car. I went and picked up my keys and drove my car home. An entire day wasted due to their inability to perform insanely routine service on a very common car. It feels like a bad joke.

The location is good for waiting there because you can walk to a few places while you wait (Primos, Marshalls, etc.). My wait wasn't super short, but I was really just happy they were able to squeeze me in without anything scheduled in advance on the Sunday of a holiday weekend.

They have a simple shop and can dedicate their time to your vehicle instead of major multitasking that can happen at other service centers. They pricing is very reasonable as well.
