They were great to talk with, called me after hours and shop was closed which was impressive. I would give them a shot. Good reputation around town also! The price for inspection was fair, under $90.00.

The biggest issue, however, is their customer service. They rarely return phone calls, making it extremely frustrating to get updates or schedule service. I didn't have a copy of my insurance card; the young lady was kind enough to print a copy for me from my online policy. I had a daytime running light that had been out of service for weeks. I fully expected to pay for that in addition to the cost of inspection. Apparently the wiring was loose so I was not charged. In today's environment that level of honesty is extraordinary. We took in a vehicle for an estimate on some repairs based on a failed inspection elsewhere and they extorted a fee for an inspection, that they did not perform, refusing to return the title ; which they didn't need in the first place as they weren't asked to do an inspection. (They took advantage of someone who wasn't aware) They have a number of large dogs unleashed that jump up on the cars and, based on the interior condition of the car when picked up, were allowed to go into the vehicles. The police were called when they refused to relinquish the title. Terrible customer service, dilapidated facility, should have never left the car upon seeing this. Very unprofessional.

I did not go in an immediately ask for him, instead I let the transaction flow to see how I felt. I was treated very well by Fran and Bill at the front desk but what I truly appreciated the most was being taken into the installation area and shown exactly what the problem was and what it would take to fix it. A huge portion of the pipe was completely rotted through. After getting my estimate which was quite reasonable cuz I did do some research, I explained to Bill and Fran about my previous experience and they were completely apologetic and as gracious as Jason had been. My work took a little while but the accommodations were good. Rapco has a spacious waiting room so distancing was not an issue, a tv and plenty of magazines to keep you occupied.
