I wish I could leave no stars. This place is terrible . Avoid at all costs . They have done nothing about this and haven't returned any emails or phone calls . Jayy who works here is extremely unprofessional and I'm pretty sure was HIGH when he worked on my car ... Came here for my last oil change. Staff was friendly and quick. I pulled in and provided them with my ARI ticket and told them I needed everything done that was listed on the ticket. They said no problem. When they said I was all set and ready to go, I asked "what about the tire rotation?" The guy told me they removed the lift when Take 5 took over the building. This was after they accepted my business. So I got scammed. Should've been upfront prior to starting any service on my vehicle. I had to go somewhere else for a tire rotation. These guy's are amazing. Always friendly and go out of their way to make the customer feel appreciated. I recently got an oil change and needed my airfilter replaced. They didn't carry the airfilter, so I purchased one elsewhere. I came back today and they quickly installed it for free. Treated me great! Put the filter in, offered me bottled water, treated me like any other time. This means a lot considering I wasn't paying anything for the service. read more

Avoid at all costs. It's been about 8 months since the incident happened but still haven't been back since. Went in for an oil change before an out of town work trip. Was driving around all day before I stopped in so my car was running perfect. The kid in the pit put my oil filter cap on a hot part of my car and melted a side on it. Manager instantly said that it wasn't their fault that my car must have an issue with it, claimed that it wasn't their fault. Quickly called a tow truck to a local garage that I trusted. No compensation or anything, should of went after them for a rental car but was more concerned with being able to work. NEVER EVER GO HERE. The only right thing they did was to pay for the part that they destroyed. read more

Have a great experience every time on both of my vehicles. David, Taryn and Josh are friendly and professional. They walk you through your options and show you proof of dirty filters before saying they need replaced. And after reading the bad reviews I just have a few questions to those people. How do you not notice that there's no lift when you pulled? That's something that would be pretty obvious. So he didn't get "scammed", that's on him. And the other guy saying the hot plug being put on his car.........if the employee is in the pit, he's raising his hands over his head to work on the bottom of your car. How and why would they put a hot plug "on your car". It would go on a tray or whatever work space they have down there in the pit. They aren't going to reach further up in to the car to store something that could easily be lost. So that sounds like someone that damaged their vehicle and wants someone to pay for it. read more

Initially this was a great place to get an oil change, however, management is now nonexistent. I was Second in line and had a ridiculous one hour wait. When I finally did pull into the bay, I was ignored for almost 10 minutes. No apology or explanation. read more

DO NOT bring your vehicle here! These pushy clowns LOVE the 'hard sell'. My experience is that they try to push every extra service (even stuff you don't need) to try and weasel more dollars out of you, often to the point where they make you feel uncomfortable. This is actually true of the 3 Lube Stops i've been to over the years in this area. If they want to do more business, they should retrain their staff to NOT be so pushy and assertive! There are customers (ex. customers, in my case) that will not put up with it! I now take my vehicle to Valvoline or Conrad's for an oil change. read more

I have Been sitting here over a half an hours while the lane next to me has went through 2 cars already. I am frustrated and can't leave because the employees have already put a car behind me. I am editing my review because the district manager was there, apologized and offered a free oil change for my trouble. I do have to say that he turned my experience around. read more

After I got an oil change I drove for a minute, parked for an hour, and as I started up again my brake light came on. The emergency brake was fine. My dealer was closed and so was Lube Stop. So I drove home choosing a route that required the least braking. When I looked under the hood, I discovered the brake reservoir was barely attached to the master cylinder. And there was no brake fluid in the reservoir, although it had been checked at Lube Stop and the level as indicated on my receipt was O.K. (their description). The next day I talked to the person in charge when I had my oil changed. She said she and the other person she was working with had both checked the brake fluid cap to make sure it was on tight. The car was towed to the dealer. At the dealer I asked the service manager how many master cylinders their dealership has replaced, and he said "none" (except for my car). When I asked when was the last time a master cylinder was replaced at the dealership he said "94" (another way of saying "never"). You can just think of this as a coincidence - or not. If you plan to go to this Lube Stop ask yourself -" Do I feel lucky?" read more
