will not be going back to this location - I sat and waited in line in the first bay, there was one…read morecar in both bays when I arrived, and two cars waiting behind both bays - total of 4 cars waiting. both cars in pulled out the same time, so the next two went in. leaving only two cars waiting in line. me and another vehicle . the vehicle in front of me finished first. the vehicle in the second bay was getting much more work done. the lady working there, then proceeds to go to the other car waiting, then to mine and tells me since they were waiting longer I have to move from my que in line to let them in. i have places to be as well , I chose that line for the fact it was shorter. to then be told it's company policy first come first serve, well I was the first in that line - so why shouldn't my service be done as I got to that line and waited just the same ? you will never get my business again, and I will definitely not be referring anyone .

The front reception who set the service up for me was polite. My car was finished very quickly which was greatly appreciated. My mother swears by this service center as when she was going to take her car there alone (usually my father did for her). They didn't make her feel uncomfortable or confused and they explained everything to her. The only reason I'm giving four stars is I felt a little put off by what I felt were scare tactics of that I'd be "left stranded because my car was ready to breakdown at any minute" comment told to my fiancé picking up the car. They asked how he could let me be stranded like that! I quite understand explaining that the car needs more work done on it and that its not in perfect shape by any stretch.
