You could literally tell the path my son drove. They come to us and fix it and give us a free oil change. I told my son not to use them, but of course kids don't listen. He takes it back. They break the cap on the coolant. The spin part on top so now you can't get it open and they proceed to tell him to take it to AutoZone to get the piece out and buy a new cap that they can't use a tool to get it out because then they would be liable. But they're not liable for breaking it!!!!

Also, the LARGE mechanic was to exhausted to even put the sticker on in the car himself he had me do it, not to mention the last times I've had it through Valvoline (Cincinnati locations, which are better btw), they put the sticker on, reset my "see dealership" message on my car, and when they checked the air filters, they stated they don't need to be changed! They ate supposed to do the work, not the person paying! Lazy! Plus I've read all the horror stories of others that went to this location! I'll NEVER go back to this location!

(for anyone who wants to know the specifics I went in for a alignment, and they noticed my inner right tire rod was extremely bent, so bent that they had to do something ab the the"threading". if I'm being out of town, you know what I'm saying right but anyway anyways.. the threading was bad. On very short notice they had to order the parts for it and absolutely harassed the delivery people for lying about when they would deliver it (the good kind of harassment lol) I think in total the end amount was 400 and like $20 which was even lower of an amount than what they quoted me.) Also, I went In for a simple diagnosis about my serpentine belt. These guys really could have told me I had To replace the whole thing and I would have believed them because thats honestly what I thought was gonna happen. Instead, they told me the truth and that it really wasn't a problem that had to be fixed right away. On top of that. Their mechanic Chris noticed my battery was loose so he tightened it, diagnosed like three other things for me free of charge, and even filled my windshield wiper fluid. he didn't even mention doing any of that.. I just so happened to notice him doing it when I looked through their window. I thought that was a really nice and kind thing to do for somebody.

When I told him not my family as we'd never come back, Will Green told me "That don't matter to me". Take 5 oil change- home of the 179 dollar oil change, where customers don't matter to management (at least not to Will Green).
