Taking the item off the bill is the absolute bare minimum requirement when you serve inedible food. It does not make up for the lack of basic hygiene or the waitress's horrible attitude. We never saw a manager, and the lack of concern from the staff was shocking. If this is the quality of food leaving the kitchen, I strongly recommend finding another place to eat.
