Today we ordered the mixed family broasted chicken and no issue when we were told there woukd be a wait because we expect that because it is broasted. We phoned at 5:50 pm stating we wanted to inform them we we were ready in space 3 but were early. She stated she was bagging it up as we speak. Eleven minutes went by and no order. My husband walked in. Our order was setting there. The lady said I am not sure what happened your order is ready it has been setting there. My husband said we have been setting in spot 3 for 11 minutes waiting since we phoned and was told then she was bagging our order. She had no response and he walked out. We tipped $5 on the $30 to go order, come on now! I asked my husband to count the chicken it was all there then we drove home. The chicken was dry. In the past their broasted chicken has ALWAYS been good. This tasted old not fresh but yet it was hot however, not seasoned. The fries were as if they were at the bottom of the bag. Several small pieces versus the larger fries. I have never been served them when I have ate in their restaurant before. I thought that was odd. The coleslaw appeared to be days old. I was not impressed due to the taste of the food and lack of getting me my order on time. I will be choosing someplace else to spend by hard earned money. Too many disappointments here.

I sat at the counter and ordered a patty melt w/side of coleslaw. The water and menu arrived promptly, as did my food. Price? $17 including tip. Unlike the greasy mess that is the typical patty melt, this one was dry. All the expected ingredients were present, but how did they manage to make it so dry. Frankly, I was craving a little bit of a mess, but no objections. The beef flavor was good. The cheese was fully melted. I do wish the onions were a bit more caramelized. I will admit to being intrigued by the pistachio cake. I almost ordered a slice, but that was too much green food dye for me. Will I return? Yes.

I got here during a lull and found a six-top in a corner. I ordered a pint of their Fly Light and a basket of "spicy" pork rinds. The beer was excellent, the pork rinds disappeared which clearly means they were tasty. It's a really nice spot. It's very "warehouse" with high ceilings, exposed concrete and cinder block. The big open space makes the noise more muted than it might have been in a smaller space. I enjoyed my time and I might have stayed longer if there was a seat with a power outlet at a table rather than at the bar. [Review 776 of 2026 - 308 in Ohio - 25957 overall]

Their social media…read moreportrays a cozy, welcoming, family-friendly coffee shop with comfortable seating, signature drinks, and a great food menu. As two moms meeting for coffee with our young children, that atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, our experience in person was very different from what we expected. The space felt cold and industrial, with concrete floors, minimal décor, and very little to soften the noise. It was extremely echoey, and between the kitchen sounds and overall volume, it wasn't the comfortable environment we had hoped to spend time in with our babies. While there were couches and seating available, the overall setup felt more geared toward quick visits or takeout than relaxing and staying awhile. The coffee itself was good, and the menu offered plenty of interesting food and drink options. I can see how the space might appeal to someone looking for a quick coffee stop or a place to work on a laptop. However, the atmosphere wasn't inviting enough for us to want to stay, relax, or order anything additional. We were hoping for a cozy coffee shop experience, and the space simply didn't deliver that feeling. The biggest disappointment was the disconnect between the impression we got from social media and the actual experience of the space. Had we known what it was really like, we likely would have chosen a different location for our coffee meetup. Others may enjoy the industrial style, but families or friends looking for a warm, lounge-style coffee shop to settle into for a while may find the experience different than expected.
