Pooler GA PetSmart…read more....... This has to be the most incompetent staff EVER in the history of PetSmart. I took my dog there for a simple cut and bath, mind you he is an older dog. After two hours, I get a call from a trainee who stated that she has trimmed my dog's torso, but is unable to trim his face and tail because he won't stand up on four legs. She stated that my dog was sitting on his hind legs. I asked her what does that have to do with you trimming his face and crown. She stated that my dog also had a slight head tilt and it's going to take longer and that she had another dog to groom. I asked for the manager, so she put her RUDE manager on the phone. I asked him if he could have another Groomer do my dogs face because his trainee said she felt uncomfortable because of the way my dog was acting and not standing up. Kept citing safety concerns...... I pleaded again with the manager to let one of his other groomers just finish my dogs face and crown because I had no other option and I was going on vacation the next day. He rudely said " I told you that I didn't have anybody , so you need to come and pick your dog up"!!! I hung up and rushed to get my dog. When I arrived, my dog looks for fine and not sluggish. He was walking around on all fours no head tilt in sight.. I asked the manager can you please put my dog back on the table, so that I can see what you were talking about with the head tilt and him refusing to get up. He refused to do that and then another big mouth only other male employee Groomer started running his mouth saying they won't touch him again. I said you're all a bunch of lazy ARSES and exited the building. I see why they have all these one star and two star reviews because they are all nothing but a bunch of lazy employees who do bad work and should not be allowed to touch another dog ever again!! I took him to a reputable groomer "Wolf Gang" and he did just fine with them. I normally take my dog to Wolf Gang in Pooler, but they were booked for that day!!

They can give suggestions to you. If you would like to place an order that can be done as well. If you sign up with your phone number after purchasing your twelfth bag of dog food you get the next one free! Go to Bentley's and pick up some treats for your fur baby!

Paw-sitive Review from Nala…read more "Hi, it's me! The fluffy one with the epic Grinch feet. I just wanted to say how much I loved my visit to the groomers! When I walked in, everyone was so kind and gentle--I felt safe right away. They gave my paws the royal treatment, trimming all that wild floof into neat little feet again. I can actually see my toes now (and my humans say I look so fancy). Not only do I feel lighter and cleaner, but I got so much love and attention while they worked. No stress, no worries, just lots of pets and kindness. If you ask me, this place deserves all the tail wags and happy zoomies. I'll definitely be back the next time my Grinch feet try to take over again!"

Tracie and Addy have been wonderful guides and Heidi has made enormous strides since we started. They do a great job of making sure the dog parents know what the exercises are and give tips on how to help coax the dog along when they are just learning things. Amazing patience and upbeat attitudes and every dog we have done group classes with love the instructors. What I also appreciate is Tracie does a great job of listening to what you want to accomplish with your dog and helping you get in the right classes - without trying to oversell anything. Clearly is a kind, honest person and we cannot recommend this place enough.

My 17 pound mutt gets a full groom including a shave, and my 65 pound Labrador gets a mini groom bath. They keep our preferences on file so I don't have to remember anything. You can now book appointments online! They usually send my pups home with an accessory. This time, my little guy got a bow tie and my lab got a Thanksgiving bandana and stars on her head! It's street parking only, which can be difficult to find.
