Along with my glass of Malbec, I enjoyed a cheese board and quite possibly the BEST Caesar salad with chicken I've had in a decade or more! Dietrich was tending bar, and while not extremely well versed in wines (which he admitted openly), he was knowledgeable enough to pull solid suggestions based on your taste/preference. He was warm and friendly (and busy!). The owner was present the whole evening as well, and though I tried to engage, he didn't seem very interested in making chat with a non-regular like me lol. (It's ok!) There was a guitarist, which added vibes, but mostly just noise...his speakers were very loud, and the selection felt a little out of place.
