The environment felt trashy, and the staff treated guests with zero regard. This was my first and definitely my last visit. It's sad that women working here are treated more like decoration than employees, it's degrading and uncomfortable to witness. This establishment needs serious management intervention and staff training because this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable.

Please take note that all their reviews are bought because I just went last night and this is what I was told by a regular there. Plus if you see their special of luring in reviews is because they have this special if you check in and leave a review you get your second drink half off. What buzz person wouldn't go for the deal. Here's a true honest review though. This place has some nice staff... Keyword some. Other than that it is your typical dive with overpriced bad drinks (all artificial). The place is filled with purposely bald heads. Total watering hole for cholos and old vatos from the local streets. So please wear neutral colors for your safety. You can enjoy a night if you dig that kind of stuff and especially after a few shots to take the tension off of possibly being a victim of a robbery for the evening. They play only sports channels even when there is no games on. One star for The bartenders, they are nice. read more

We ordered the house salad, fried zucchini, six wings, and two lemon drop shots. Our salad and fried zucchini came out pretty quickly, and everything was going well at first. After about 20 minutes, I asked our server about the wings because we were already getting close to finishing the rest of our food. He told us the wings normally take about 15 minutes, but we had already been waiting longer than that. Another 20 minutes or so passed before the wings finally arrived. By that point, we had completely finished our salad and fried zucchini and had moved the empty dishes to the side. Unfortunately, when we picked up the wings, they were very cold. It seemed as though they may have been sitting in the kitchen for some time before being brought to our table. We let our server know, and he offered to have them refired. We considered it, but after waiting approximately 40 minutes, we were ready to leave and didn't want to wait even longer. He also asked whether I wanted them taken off the bill, but I decided to just have them packed to go. I do feel the situation could have been handled a little better from a customer-service standpoint. After waiting that long for food that arrived cold, I would have appreciated a little more effort to make the situation right, even if it was simply offering a discount or checking on the order sooner. However, checking back on delayed orders and making sure food is delivered while it's still hot can make a huge difference in the customer experience.
