The pickup truck came around the corner from Capriolate to Abbotswood, and in my opinion was driving both too fast and unsafely. As the truck rounded the corner, the vehicle began to sway, and water sloshed out from the left portion of the pickup bed. This appeared to cause it to rock back and forth. It appeared to me as if the driver was having trouble controlling the vehicle after turning the corner. This all happened at an elementary school bus stop with children around. It was witnessed by multiple parents. Had any children been crossing the street, this could have been much more serious. Pinky's - talk to your driver, keep the speeds down to safe levels, and try to do better in the future.

I started this service in December and have had two service days so far. I've tried calling the office multiple times and the voicemail box is always full. The one time I did get through to leave a voicemail, they never called me back (its been over a week at this point). I am unable to make any changes to my account via the client portal (e.g. change plan/frequency of service, change service date) so without being able to get anyone on the phone either, its kind of impossible. Moments ago, I got a live person on the phone but it seemed like they were from a call center and not the actual Sparks office so they were going to pass my message along. They weren't actually able to do anything for me themselves. While the service itself is fine, when they come, its not worth the frustration. I have asked to cancel my recurring service completely and will look for another provider.
