I have two medium-large dogs and hadn't cleaned up after them in almost 4 months. *gasp* (I know, it's almost inexcusable.) Justin gave me an overview of what to expect over the phone. Within a few days, Justin was in my area. He stopped by the house and gave me a ridiculously low quote over the phone. I was able to pay and have my yard impeccably clean and free of any evidence that I own dogs who need to go to the bathroom, before I even had a chance to return home! His service is the least expensive I have seen for this quality and consistency. They have a weekly customer in my family now! Would highly recommend to anyone who has dogs and doesn't enjoy cleaning up after them!

We've been to see her a couple times now at Fantasia Pet Resort and Kristi is great! I just text her for an appointment and she usually finds time within a day or so for me to come in. Her prices are the best in town for cat nail trims- $10 per cat. My vet charges $22! And i have two cats...that adds up fast. I can't give five stars because a. Kristi hasn't asked for any paperwork, proof of vaccination etc. and while my boys are vaccinated, who knows about the other animals?! and b. They take your kitties and you can't go in with them. So I haven't seen the space and don't really know how things go during the actual process. They seem fine and their claws are short so I am probably just overprotective but I wish it wasn't so mysterious. Oh and since this place is mostly a kennel for dogs, we had one not fantastic interaction with a dog last time while on our way out. Nothing big, just not ideal.

Therefore they would not take my payment via Credit card for my first order?? I couldn't believe this, they first told be it was my bank not allowing the charge, called my bank and the charge had been approved as any of my other credit card charges had been approved. I called Pet edge back to confirm the charge had been approved as it should be, yet still the answer was NO we won't ship you your item because our policy requires you to pay for your first order with a check or ACH. I guess they don't want my business and I hope you don't give them yours either. What kind of policy is that, I mean you had my payment already via credit card, I guess I should have just mailed them a bad check?? Instead LOL.

And the cut and nail trim has come out picture perfect both times we've taken our dog there. We find the pricing to be very reasonable, too, especially compared to some of the pricing we saw before in California. In addition, the interior of the shop, while a bit tight, is very clean, bright, and well-maintained. It's a cute place. They can get a little booked up since the work they do (and the high-quality) is very in demand, so be prepared to book a bit in advance, especially during bus seasons.
