Within a few days, Justin was in my area. He stopped by the house and gave me a ridiculously low quote over the phone. I was able to pay and have my yard impeccably clean and free of any evidence that I own dogs who need to go to the bathroom, before I even had a chance to return home! His service is the least expensive I have seen for this quality and consistency. They have a weekly customer in my family now! I started this service in December and have had two service days so far. Both times, the…read moretechnicians came on a different day than scheduled without notifying me of the schedule change in advance. I've tried calling the office multiple times and the voicemail box is always full. The one time I did get through to leave a voicemail, they never called me back (its been over a week at this point). I am unable to make any changes to my account via the client portal (e.g. change plan/frequency of service, change service date) so without being able to get anyone on the phone either, its kind of impossible. Moments ago, I got a live person on the phone but it seemed like they were from a call center and not the actual Sparks office so they were going to pass my message along. They weren't actually able to do anything for me themselves. While the service itself is fine, when they come, its not worth the frustration. I have asked to cancel my recurring service completely and will look for another provider.

We've been to see her a couple times now at Fantasia Pet Resort and Kristi is great! I just text her for an appointment and she usually finds time within a day or so for me to come in. Her prices are the best in town for cat nail trims- $10 per cat. My vet charges $22! And i have two cats...that adds up fast. I can't give five stars because a. Kristi hasn't asked for any paperwork, proof of vaccination etc. and while my boys are vaccinated, who knows about the other animals?! and b. They take your kitties and you can't go in with them. So I haven't seen the space and don't really know how things go during the actual process. They seem fine and their claws are short so I am probably just overprotective but I wish it wasn't so mysterious. Oh and since this place is mostly a kennel for dogs, we had one not fantastic interaction with a dog last time while on our way out. Nothing big, just not ideal.

I couldn't believe this, they first told be it was my bank not allowing the charge, called my bank and the charge had been approved as any of my other credit card charges had been approved. I called Pet edge back to confirm the charge had been approved as it should be, yet still the answer was NO we won't ship you your item because our policy requires you to pay for your first order with a check or ACH. I guess they don't want my business and I hope you don't give them yours either. What kind of policy is that, I mean you had my payment already via credit card, I guess I should have just mailed them a bad check?? Instead LOL.

Wasn't sure how I felt about this particular groomer just yet due to the experiences we had previous to the new ownership. Prior to the new/current owners our dog Gidget (who passed from health issues nearly fours years ago now) had come back on more than one occasion with a couple deep Knick/skin cuts! The first time it happened I let it slide, but by the 2nd I realized they were a bit too negligent side. Not the worst, great people who were some of the friendliest! For nearly ten years I've not returned. After speaking to a friend, she mentioned that there were new owners, as well as management and I figured, heck why not give them one more shot!? Everyone deserves a second chance! Boy am I glad I did! I literally could not be happier. They have been absolutely amazing grooming my Oakley! Rebekah the manager truly takes the time to follow every curvature of his body from head to toe and has been doing such a top notch job! Always making sure to send him back looking absolutely perfectly detailed in more ways than one. Beyond pleased with her performance is precisely how I feel each time Oakley is groomed there. It's clear as day that she knows exactly what she's doing, well all of the groomers there have a keen eye for what they're doing actually! Oakley's fur is always so soft to the touch upon pickup and the smell of him is utterly stunning, so many beautiful scents calming to the senses! Their work is nothing short of fantastical. It's quite obvious the appropriate time is taken, and they always make certain to have his breed look as cute as possible! The eye for detail is nothing short of a miracle.
