Smashburger

Very friendly environment. The local run club seems to be ever present here. Went for trivia on a Wednesday night. They have rotating themes so check on their website before you go. Great beer. Cory and Nick were fantastic bartenders. Speakeasy Burger food truck was there who made great smashburgers. Will definitely go back.

Tactical is such a cute little place, everyone was so friendly and our group was able to come in and just sit and talk for as long as we wanted with no pressure. Now I'm not really a beer drinker, so when I went up to order, I asked what kind of seltzer they had and if there's any berry flavored options, the guy helping me came up with a really good suggestion, to at least try. I told him what I didn't like about beer and all of that, and he said alright I got the one for you. So I tried the melon sour and boy was it good! Didn't bring the dog this time, but I have in the past and the patio is a great place for him! Tactical has a great location in Baldwin and everything is so dog friendly!

This is a semi regular stop for me, easily my tempting l favorite brewery in Orlando. As a stout/porter and generally flavored beer fan I find this to be the only brewery with options for myself. Many of the brews are listed as sours but don't let that stop you! The flavor always comes through well and you will often be (pleasantly) surprised by the pairings. They also offer some old school video games, run club on Thursdays, food trucks and local charity nights. Easy to spend a whole evening here.

This was my first time coming to Tactical Brewing and it turns out they throw events here! One of my husbands coworkers booked the place for a birthday party and it ended up being a lot of fun! Tactical has a rotating list of food vendors throughout the week, and this visit happened to have food from Carlito's Way food truck along with some other small bites that were brought in by other guest. The drinks of course are the stars of this show with them having their own local options along with other familiar names. My go to was a recommendation from one of the bartenders called the Guavango Montoya which has a sweet taste to it even though it's listed as a sour. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone stopping by there! I'd love to be one back and try this place outside of an event to have more of a true experience of this place, but it's definitely a great spot to host a big group if you're looking for a chill local bar!

Came to this brewery for the first time because a friend was doing a BBQ pop up in the back. The bar is in the middle of the room with lots of seating around it and around the room. There was a long list of beers available as well as some wines and ciders from other businesses. I tried the This is Blue which is a sweeter sour beer that reminded me of the light blue Gatorade which I love. I sampled the Base Lager and that is a good simple lager. Parking in Baldwin is always a toss up for me and had to circle the Publix lot near by for parking.

Love this spot in Baldwin park! Will officially be my new go to brewery when in the area. They have a huge assortment of great ipas and sours. They also have food on rotation. I love that it is dog friendly as the dogs were beyond well trained here. Service is fantastic. You cannot go wrong. Slowly working my way thru their beer menu! You must try their watermelon sour it is a necessity.

I'd love to try this place again because it would have been great had our personal space not been taken over by unattended young children. An old friend of mine came to visit me this weekend to catch up. We came here on a Saturday afternoon. We got some drinks and sat down at the couch area. The staff were super friendly. We were there enjoying our time for about an hour. Then at least 7 children and babies showed up. One of the men came up and said to the other parents, "I'm going to make a diaper station right here." And put a pile of diapers and wipes on the ottoman where our drinks were. The parents dropped the kids off on the remaining couch seats next to us, and formed a circle in by the bar with nobody even watching the kids. How do I know nobody was watching the kids? Because multiple kids sat literally on our feet and on our laps. A child even tried to reach into our pretzel bag for pretzels. This went on for an hour. We tried moving to a corner spot on the couch to give the kids room so they wouldn't sit on us and could play together, and we still were being pestered by them. The parents didn't even bat an eye until a toddler small enough to be in diapers started pushing on my lap to get off the couch. We never got an apology. Did I mention all do these small children were in a bar, sat next to (and on) two complete strangers, with very little supervision? I don't understand how a nice afternoon spent catching up with a friend over beers turned into us trying to keep children away from our beer and pretzels and off of our laps. I am very let down by this and appalled at these parents.

We had an absolutely amazing time at tactical brewing on Saturday. This location definitely gets busy and has a lot of foot traffic. They do have events most nights. They have pop up food experiences as well. It just so happened while we were there on Saturday that they had a pop-up food experience and it definitely stayed pretty busy. They have a good selection of beers to choose from several that are collaborations, but overall really enjoyed all of their sours. If you're like me, you may not be a sour beer drinker, but I love that tactical beers do not have that sour finish that most sours have. it almost feels like drinking an adult Capri or an adult version of Hawaiian punch. Really enjoy their beers and definitely will be back.! One of my favorites was melancholy, which is a watermelon sour. It really is delicious and while I get the watermelon, it honestly tasted more like a pink starburst to me. I also enjoyed it's Untappd, which was the apple pie crumble and ice cream sour. Really delicious and for somebody who loves fall flavors, It really started to put the fall spirit in me.

We've stopped into Tactical Brewing a couple of times. They have a good amount of seating inside as well as outdoor seating available. It's a fun, casual vibe with friendly bartenders. They do not serve food here, but seem to often have food trucks out back or you can bring in outside food. I love the wide variety of beers here and all that I have tasted are really yummy with nice depth of flavor. We tend to go for sours and stouts and usually can find a few options for each. They also have several other varieties and you can purchase beer to take home as well. On our recent visit, we took home a four pack of their Keanu Tumblereeves, a PB&J style beer that was soooo delicious! We also enjoyed live music while having some beers there. It's friendly for doggies and little ones; we saw several of each having a good time. This is definitely one of my favorite breweries in town!

11 Alive. White imperial stout conditioned on toasted coconut and coffee.

Absolute favorite brewery in the whole wide world. Incredible sours and stouts. My favorite of my time there was the 11 Alive (white imperial stout with coffee and coconut notes). Divine. Truly. Cute bartenders and chill atmosphere.

Tactical will forever be my favorite brewery. I was able to try their Bumble Z draft beer which is a sour with blackberry honey, blackberries, cinnamon, and vanilla. This was one of the best sours I've ever had! It is very similar to their "Melancholy" (my personal favorite) but the cinnamon gives it an extra twist!

Apple Maps was zero help -- it kept suggesting every bar and grill in existence instead of actual breweries. Thankfully, our Minnesota HopPassport saved the day. We pulled up nearby breweries and landed on Rockpit... and wow, we're so glad we did. We were greeted the second we walked in, which instantly set the tone. For our first round, my husband grabbed the Stupider IPA and I ordered the Paloma Possible cocktail. We fully planned on having one drink and heading out -- but they were so refreshing on a hot Florida day that we couldn't resist staying for another. Round two: he went with the 1840 Pre-prohibition lager, and I tried the Motorboatin' Florida agave lager. Both were seriously delicious. The whole place had such a great ambiance and vibe, reminding us of the breweries we love back home in Minnesota. If we're ever in the area again, Rockpit will absolutely be on our list. Cheers!

We walked into a packed dining/bar area and…read morenoticed a sign stating that the patio would be closed off for a private event for Hispanic and Latinx Heritage Month. We later saw them setting up tents and a bounce house. It looked really fun. We found ourselves a spot near the perimeter of the room and began reviewing the menu. There are a lot of varied options available to please any palate. We are at a brewing company, but I don't really like beer, so I opted for the Pirate's Punch cocktail. It was fruity and very reminiscent of a classic rum punch. Hubby likes light beer, so he ordered the 16oz Celebration Light Lager at the suggestion of our server, Missy. He enjoyed it very much. The vibe was very casual, social and fun. They have table and board games available for you to play with friends and I'm pretty sure that had the patio been open, they had some outdoor games available as well. There was music playing and folks talking and celebrating birthdays, so it was a little loud, but not annoyingly so. It was very upbeat and sunny to match the beautiful day. I was torn between The Big Salad, which my body was so desperately craving, and the Queens Calzone, my heart's desire! So you know I had to order both, and I topped the salad with grilled salmon! What?! We were on vacation! I'm not sure if the salad was big, or if the plate was just small, but I ate half of it there and took the other half home. The salmon was cooked nicely and the salad and dressing was refreshing. The calzone was crisp on the outside, but the cheese wasn't quite melted on the inside. I took a couple of "taster bites" but opted to take the rest home to be reheated and properly melted. I shared some with my husband as well and he observed that the bites just weren't balanced. I agreed. One bite was a stack of chopped ham and nothing else. Another would be completely different. I wish the filling would've been mixed and spread throughout so that you could get some of everything in each bite. I was most impressed by what my husband ordered. I don't mean to toot my own horn, but he loves my cooking so much that restaurant fare does not usually float his boat. He ordered the Korean Noodle Bowl with Shrimp and he absolutely loved it! I noticed at least two other people at surrounding tables having that dish as well, so it must be popular. He loved the level of heat and flavor. He wanted to "dog it down" but saved a small portion for me to try later, just as research and development for me to reverse engineer it and create for him at home! I love the challenge and the inspiration. Any meal that can impress him gets two thumbs up from me! He felt that it needed a little something on the side, so he also ordered some crostini for dipping. They sell beer steins, stickers, buttons, hats, t-shirts, etc. and we saw some t-shirts that we liked (Oktoberfest themed), so we grabbed those as well. They ran us about $30 each, but it will help us commemorate our time in the area. Overall, we enjoyed some good food in a fun atmosphere and would definitely return if ever in the area again.

You can tell that the servers here take pride in what they do and it consistently shows. It is the only brewery within about 20-30 minutes. It is right off of I-4, has plenty of parking and if you have an EV, there are charging stations in their parking lot. It has been a while since I reviewed this brewery and I can honestly say Celebration Brewing is one of my favorites. Heck, it is the only brewery anywhere near Disney. Celebration Brewing Company is no different from anything in life, eventually it has to change. Some changes have made me happy, while others have left me both sad, disappointed and confused. Mostly sad though. Let's start with all the great things they have going on here. First, this is like a restaurant which has great craft beer, specialty cocktails, wine and spirits. I wouldnt say a full bar, but they can accomplish most mixed drinks and have a few specialty cocktails of their own. There is both inside and outside seating and plenty of it, as well as seating at the bar. As far as decor, the BEER sign is iconic. There are so many photos opportunities here. And, despite what I am about to say, Celebration Brewing Co is a solid 4 stars consistently. Now I will talk about some of my personal concerns about the brewery. This is my whine time disclaimer. To start, the food has been hit or miss, but mostly a hit. Their burgers and wings are consistently good. They do change their menu as places do from time to time and the things I really loved about the last menu were recently swapped for less tasty versions. To be exact, the pasta and pizza are not as good. And there is one pizza they had called JAMMIN (absolutely amazing) which they changed to FiG Etabouitit. The latter has a similar combination of ingredients, but is lacking and pales in comparison to the original. The new version is just overly sweet, while JAMMIN was savory, sweet and well balanced. You could actually taste the fig jam before, while the new version legit just tastes like honey. They told me it had fig jam on it, but unless the fig jam they are using now is mostly honey, I am not buying it. The new version is a fail. Lastly, they brew a lot of decent beer here which tastes like what it should be. The Belgians are not as good as I remember, but everything else from lagers to stouts to IPAs, decent representation. Every once in a while though, they come up with some bangers which I absolutely fall in love with (Like GINGY SNAPS), but when I return they have moved onto some other innovative beer. Leaving me feeling like that kid whose parents got divorced and it's all my fault (because I didnt support that beer as consistently as I should). So that is my 2 cents. Hope this helps.

The BEER: Papa Midnight coconut Imperial Stout 10.8% ABV... so imagine a mounds or almond joy, but it is a stout. The nose is all toasted coconut. And it is so very great. Da Minted peppermint Imperial Stout 10.8% ABV... so I saved this one for last because I thought it would be sweet, and it is not. Dark chocolate and mint. Very delicious.... The Hop & Haze IPA 5.6% ABV... this a great hazy, white grapefruit, clean flavors and totally crushable She's Not Rude, Just Chai spiced red ale 5.5% ABV... the chai makes this red ale smell sweet and it is anything but that Beauregard's Berry End fruited sour 5.8% ABV... has a sweet jam nose, it is a sour, and it is sour, but those jam notes make it next level...
