I only checked "onions" and even added a comment NO cilantro just to make sure it doesn't get missed. I picked up my order and all 11 tacos had cilantro on them. I went back inside to let them know. They took all of the tacos back and told me they would remake the ones that weren't supposed to have cilantro on them. She brought them out and told me it was all fixed. I didn't bother checking a second time to make sure my order was correct. I got home and they shorted me 2 of the no cilantro tacos. Giving 2 stars because the carnitas were good. Depending on how they do next time (if we come back) I may give a better rating.

Peeked inside the building next to the food truck because no one was in the truck. The chef greeted me and walked with me outside to the food truck, where I reviewed the menu and ordered a Birria taco and an Adobada taco. It took no more than 10 minutes for him to prepare them for me. The Birria was tender, juicy, delicious, and the tortilla was nicely crisped. It made for an amazing bite. The Adobada taco was well spiced and cooked with a slight char. Both tacos were filled with generous portions. The sautéed diced onions added to their entire deliciousness. I will definitely return soon to try other items on their menu and for now, I'm giving Antojitos 5 justly-earned stars and wishing them continued success.
