We munched out with their Big Queen burger, Veggie slider and custom tater tots from Queens Trailer, now featured at Payette Brewery! We loved it all but the tater tots were definitely our favorite! The burger featured home grown pickles and all the toppings made it mouthwatering! And the Veggie slider was smothered in pickled onions and a unique seasoning that had just a hint of spice and was amazing! Mike and Joel will be parked permanently at Payette Brewery from noon to 10pm! We have found our new lunch spot! Thanks, guys!! read more

It's good, sure, and the people in the truck were very nice. The unanimous five star reviews baffle with me though. I had the queen slider and loaded tater tots. Basic bar food competently made. But five stars? Come on. I am likely one of the few people that's tried the food completely sober. That may explain it. Three-star food four-star people. So four stars overall and that's a good score for bar food. Still recommended. I'm just being realistic. read more

I am so excited that The Queens and Payette Brewing have teamed up to now provide great beer and awesome food 7 days a week. This is going to become my go to lunch spot since the Queens is open if Payette is open. I am currently working my way down their menu but have not been disappointed yet. I would say that besides the smoked wings (which are BOMB) It is a toss up between the Pork Bahn Mi (smoked pork belly) and the Nashville Hot Chicken. The vegetarian wrap was delicious! I was worried the fried tofu wouldn't stand a chance as being nearly as good as the fried avocado, but it was just as good, if not better! The Fries were perfect too. We have never been disappointed! read more

I loved payette before queens showed up, but ever since this food truck showed up permanently at payette and my life, I simply can not stop thinking about them. I've been getting off work crushing a brew and sucking down a Nashville hot chicken sandwich or some wings. My wife has started wondering if I've been cheating on her, but Little does she know I just been at payette deleting beers and enjoying Queens food.
