Being half Thai, I knew this would have high hopes for great food. Service from the 2 women crew was spot on. The food truck gives you street food vibes you would find in Bangkok. They make every dish to order so it does take a little longer for your food, but it's truly worth it. They even have a couple of awards in 2025 to prove it. I did find out that the 2 ladies would be closing up shop until April as the will go back home for vacation and to visit family. Portions were generous and I was very pleased to have so many veggies and cashews in my dish. They didn't skimp on rice which is a rarity at so many Thai places.
