They were all well-enjoyed, and I especially like their carne asada taco, snd I believe others at the table liked the smoked pork tacos too. The jalapeño poppers were pretty spicy, so try at your own risk. We like the salsas, but not a fan of the queso. "Well, it's because you tried to make a modification to it". The only modification I asked for was to get a brioche bun instead of a potato bun. For meats they also had chicken, beef, and chorizo available. The pork in the burritos had amazing flavor. The red sauce had a nice kick but I wouldn't call it very spicy; but good flavor! Verde sauce was also good. What really stood out to me though was how all the ingredients seemed really fresh and delicious; especially the pico and lettuce. Rice was cooked to perfection and lightly seasoned. Beans weren't runny or mushy. Perfect proportions as well; not too much rice or too much cheese or sour cream. I have visited this food truck several times but only purchased food once. The Tri-Tip Bowl, which is the item I want to try, is always sold out. In addition to the regular menu, they always have a few specials. These photos are from my visit on 10/31/20. Here is what I ordered: Choripan ($7) - This is a traditional sandwich with homemade chorizo sausage. I got the El Gaucho, which comes with lettuce and tomato. It is on homemade bread. While I enjoyed the homemade chorizo, which is completely different than Mexican or Basque chorizo, there was simply too much bread for me. This is a huge sandwich that can satisfy two. Empanadas ($2.50) - These are available in beef, chicken and veggie. I got one of each. I liked them all, but preferred the beef. They come with a side of chimichurri sauce. Alfajor ($1.50) - This is a traditional sandwich cookie filled with dulce de leeches, a creamy caramel confection made from milk and sugar. Caramel isn't my favorite, but anyone who enjoys it would like this. Flan Evita ($4.50) - This is basically Chocoflan, which is a combination of chocolate cake on the bottom with flan on top.
