THEIR QUESADILLAS ARE SO AMAZING. I came here around 10:30 p.m., and there was no line at all. It's situated in the parking lot near the Vermont True Value outlet. Their hours do vary, but if you're close by then it doesn't hurt to check to see if they're up and running. They sell tacos, quesadillas, and burritos. I got the carne asada quesadilla and three al pastor tacos. The total was $10.50. Wow the quesadilla was so good. It was pretty oily, but the portion was good. Quesadilla: 4.5/5. The tacos were a bit disappointing. Something about them was just off to me. The tortillas were kind of hard, and the tacos just weren't that juicy. I prefer Leo's taco truck for tacos. Tacos: 3/5. The workers are native Spanish speakers, but it isn't hard to communicate with them. They're so kind! Also, the man who made my food did a really cool trick where he would cut and fling the pineapple down onto the tacos from the top of the meat machine in one movement. I got it on video which I've posted to the photos! Next time I'll try the burrito!

    The spot.

Delicious tacos Al pastor. They crisp it on the grill after cutting it. Salsas are great too.

    5 de pastor, best tacos!

These are some of the best tacos de pastor Ive ever had. Not even from Los Angeles, but we randomly came across this stand driving up the street after not wanting to eat at a crowded restaurant. Seen the long line on the corner for tacos and we had to try. 5 Yummy tacos for me, boyfriend had quesadilla and we each ordered horchatas to drink. Delicious! Self serve salsa/condiments. This place is a gem. Show them some love! Will be returning anytime I'm in town.

Definitely my favorite burrito spot in the USC area!! They're still fully operating on Vermont but not in the auto zone parking lot anymore. The picked onions that they have on the condiments table are 10/10 and i would highly recommend the al pastor burrito with cheese!! They also have tacos and quesadillas which i have yet to try, but i will be back for next time :)

It's really true; once you've had tacos in LA, you can't go back unless you're in the motherland. I swore by Leo's taco truck for awhile when I would crave for tacos in LA, but this taco stand captured my heart and.. stomach! They offer all kinds of meats, handmade tortillas that are made right in front of you and a vast selection of condiments from red salsa to cucumbers. I mean they have every condiment you can wish for to dress your tacos! Love their grilled onions and jalapeños! I've only tried the carne asada, al pastor and pollo and all are delicious! Most people opt for the al pastor and you will see why once it's being cooked right in front of you. You will definitely understand why when you bite into it. It's got the crisp too, which I personally love! The pollo and carne asada are cooked already, so he normally reheats it on the grill! The owner and his family are super sweet and nice! Locals seem to love them and they not only got me hooked, but my girls & manfriend as well! Tacos are $1.25 each & meat ratio is portioned well. Super close to USC! Open every day around 6PM and close around midnight! I'm a little confused by the hours on Yelp because it says it's closed on Sunday's, but I've seen them there then! Enjoy! :)

For about a month I kept passing by here and never got a chance to check it out, until now. It is such an underground spot that the owner doesn't even have a name for his biz, but it is right on the corner of Vermont Ave and 30th St- across the street from True Value Hardware Store. Typical sized tacos, for $1.25 each, and seven different types of meats. I tried one of each: -Asada -Pollo -Cabeza -Lengua -Al Pastor -Tripa -Chorizo I gotta say, my favorites so far have been the Asada, Cabeza, and Chorizo. Pretty damn good flavors, and go great with the homemade salsas!

USC students will recognize this stand as "TacoZone" since it's so close to the AutoZone - a well-frequented spot for weekend drunchies.

I love the Cabeza tortilla and 3 is the perfect number of tacos for me as they are pretty generous with the meat and avocado sauce. Been here twice and both times because we were going to a show at the Forum which is just a short drive away. It gets pretty busy around dinner time so expect a long wait as the line moves pretty slowly (everything is made/ cooked fresh!)... but the wait is 100% worth it. Just make sure you order enough the first time so you dont have to wait in line again. There is some parking but it gets pretty crowded too so you might have to street park (and the area around can get a little sketch) so be careful. The second time we came here was almost 1130pm right before their midnight closing. This time, the parking lot was emptier so we managed to park inside. There was still a pretty steady stream of customers even around closing, but at least the line isn't ridiculously long. Can't go wrong with anything you order here!

I got the carne asada tacos, al pastor tacos, and a mulitas. My favorite was definitely the mulitas because I love cheese! They are known for their carne asada, but I actually preferred their al pastor because it was so juicy.

The food absolutely smells amazing each time you walk by too, but it's not like I can just stop and eat here because that means that five mile walk I did was for nothing. But today... Today was the day to make my five mile walk for nothing!!! I decided to order a carne asada taco. It was $3. I wanted to try it because just looking at the meat each time, it looked amazing. Then they made it. And when they stacked on all the meat on top of the tortilla, it barely even all fit on there. But what do you do when you can't fit anything on top? The answer is simple. You get all the toppings you can like salsa and cilantro and so forth and stick it on top! I took a nibble of the meat before biting into the taco and I was like, you know what, this is it. This is what you want in a taco. This is high quality meat. Then when you blend all the ingredients together, you have everything you want. The service is solid. The ambiance is outdoors. Their fries even come out hot and fresh from an on-site fryer. My go-to is their super tender, fatty suadero! Crowd-favorite seems to be the al pastor - it's roasted with pineapple, bringing that yummy sweet-savory balance. The workers are generous with portions, loading up tacos, burritos, and nachos like they're feeding close friends, all at a price that feels like a steal. There's plenty of unlimited grilled jalapenos and onions, salsas, and more to go around! I love that the workers give the burrito to us open faced so we can pile on condiments to our heart's content before they roll it all up neatly. We were so impressed that we fully abandoned our taco crawl plans and came back for seconds. Note: This spot is located in a high traffic area of LA. A parking lot sits conveniently right behind the stand, so you won't have to struggle for parking. Highly recommend swinging by for amazing late night munchies! No frills here, just quick eats that hit the spot every time.

Located at RFK High School in Koreatown LA, this location was central and provided lots of space for food stands, food trucks, games, merch stands, drink stands, music stage, you name it. They even had a (huge) sneaker expo stand! I did not see any performers on the music stage, but they posted some content online and it looks like they killed it!
