The food is actually very good. I like the way they cook their tacos, al vapor (steamed) which means they don't feel as greasy and the tortillas are super soft. The reason I'm given them a 1 is because they didn't give us all of our food. A costumer shouldn't need to check their order and be able to trust everything is in the bag. If they were super busy I might give them a pass but it was just us. We ordered a burrito, 3 mulitas and 4 tacos, they forgot the tacos, which are my favorite. It does feel like their customer service is going down the drain. Please do better. Not giving them a 1 because I really do enjoy their food. I love the food here but lately the last couple of times the lady taking orders has a bad attitude when asked to repeat certain things.

Ordered four tacos they're vapor steamed style haven't ate them yet the tacos were 10$ then I asked for a soda and the price jumped to 14$ so just beware of the employees trying to charge an extra taco just for the sake of it other than that I recommend just don't let them charge what they want I'm to nice to argue for two dollars but I will review it and post it ! It's mainly the lady with an attitude and the other employee give this vibe of hating just for being myself gave others people order first when I ordered first stuff like that I was very polite as well. I went here a couple times years ago and wanted to check it out again I had ordered a quesadilla de cabeza and waited patiently. There were 2 people ahead of me and got their food quickly. I stared at the cook and nothing was happening until 2 others after me got food the lady then noticed my food hadn't been made yet. Not what is use to be (salsa still bomb) and what's more disappointing is when asking for certain garnishes and salsas that have ran out at the salsa bar the girl makes is seem like you're inconveniencing her and she says she'll refill it right now. Fortunatley, due to a change of our plans, we found this taquero last minute. Eduardo was more than punctual and I had no issues with his coooking and quality of service. I would have given him a tip, but for what I paid for just 2 hours he should be getting paid well. (It would have been nice to know that we could have requested more time.)If not, the owners should consider giving him a raise. I believe there's a chain of taqueros that work for El Cacheton. The food was amazing. Tacos. Mulitas. Quesadillas. And the salsas were incredible. The guy who came was early. Stayed late. Helped bag up our leftovers. He was great. They created such an inviting atmosphere and ambiance at the party so our guests felt okay to go a couple times. We had so much leftover we did an impromptu brunch the next day. The meat was tender and they hooked it up. A great amount of meat spread. Over the tortillas. 5 tacos came out to about $5 total. That's a better deal than tacos Unico and Mexico. And way better than Gavilan and King Taco, and these tacos are probably better. I love this taco truck because it's right next to a parking lot. I was able to take my three pack of Tecate Light Tall cans and drink them while I ate my tacos, without problem. The people there are pretty chill and understand that after a tough day of work, all you want are bomb tacos and some cold tall boys!
