I ordered a mini Fat Queso (6 inches vs 12), which was very fulfilling! Slightly on the greasier side but the braised bulgogi is so darn good. The ideal quesadilla food truck - don't skip it! The avocado fries are definitely on my radar for next time. Pro-tip: make it extra crispy for a cheesy layer on the outside of the tortilla.
