The meat was super tender, juicy, and packed with flavor without feeling overly fatty. The tortillas had the perfect crunch and held everything together really well. It's just delicious! They don't have a lot if menu potions and based on my return experience they don't need it. You come expecting tasty birria and that's exactly what you are going to get. This place is not convenient for me but I've cone here solo and with my family and it's worth it. I'm not even going to go into detail about the birria because you should be in the know already. We went on a Tuesday morning and as soon as we walked in we were immediately greeted by a " good morning" my first impression was a good one since the tables for sitting were a limited. After reviewing the menu and making our selections we sat down and waited for our food I ordered the "birria plato" (birria plate) I ordered it with both cilantro and onion and was given both lemons and an oil chili sauce. The birria was very good it was beef it was tender and I'd definitely be back again. The chili oil I n my opinion it was just what the birria needed, it gave it a little kick . I also ordered the horchata and it was delicious it tasted home made and not from a powder mix. While there they had a tv that was playing loud music, it was very hard (after it was turned on) to hold a conversation and felt sort of rushed to leave since we couldn't talk with out speaking rather loudly. Chef Linda at it again I stopped to get my favorite drink Jamaica from CH y La Birra and I decided to get the shredded beef quesadilla. Everything about that quesadilla was delicious.
