As she's taking my order she's laughing through the speaker very unprofessional. I repeated my order more than twice and still got it wrong . I asked for single she kept saying double I asked for specific sauces and chips . That were not in my order when I received it . If u want to wait 15-20 plus minutes for a single burger and no customers in line, then come here they charge u for the order and tell you to pull over to the side so there time on the drive thru doesn't run for taking long on that order . I don't understand how this location promotes "free chips" with your order and don't even give them to you I asked for a small bag and told the manager Iris for another small bag she told the cashier Kimberly to charge me for a bag of chips and it's fine but she went and charged me for an XL bag when I didn't ask for that they basically charged me for the biggest size instead of the smallest one they have on there menu Which Costs $0.81 cents . I went inside twice because of missing items in my order and they look at me like they didn't forget anything I asked for when I walked in . Iris should take her position more serious as a manager instead of treating cashiers like her friends and getting Kimberly distracted over the drive thru speaker . All of this could've been avoided if there was a serious manager on duty .
