Taco Addiction has the best quesabirria tacos in Napa, hands down! There is no competition at this point. They are a taco truck so check here in Yelp or their Facebook page to find their current location. Very friendly staff and excellent service. Their hours may vary, and they can sometimes sell out pretty quick. They have a decent selection on the menu. I still want to try their birria pizza as well as their birria ramen which I've heard is also pretty good. The portion size is more than adequate. Two birria tacos and I'm stuffed! Their consume is also really good! One little tip...squeeze your limes into the consume! So good! Give them a try! read more

I waited an hour to order, not their fault, I had heard the hype and was willing to wait. When I ordered I saw the sign that said there would be an hour wait, I decided to order and wait it out. I ordered 3 orders of birria tacos, puffy tacos, and birria ramen. I was order #103. Two and a half hours later, I saw the woman that had order #102 pick up hers. I was waiting and saw orders of tacos piling up. Tired of waiting, I went to the window and calmly said I'll take whatever you have for #103. She said we can get your ramen and puffy tacos, but we won't have your birria because someone ordered 45 birria tacos. I asked how did that happen, I saw the people that ordered in front of me get theirs. They asked what they ordered. I told them tacos. They just asked if I wanted a refund. They made no attempt at an explanation. They didn't give a crap about me or my order. I guess the 1star is for the quick refund. read more

First visit to Taco Addiction. Got in line about 30 minutes prior to opening. By the time of opening, the line wrapped around the Starz Bowling building. With about 6 customers ahead of me, it took about 30 mins to get to the front. Not preferable, but understandable, because they had a lot of food to prep to get through the long line. Prices are reasonable and average to similar items at other establishments. $4 per Birria Taco. After 30-45 mins from placing the order, my tacos were ready. They do warn about the possible wait (30-60 mins). Everything up to this point was expected. The size of homemade tortillas are larger than average, which is more bang for the buck. However, the Birria tacos weren't up to par to what all the hype was about. Still good, but not an hour plus wait worth. The positive was the Birria dip, which was flavorful and the fact that the tortillas are hand made on the spot. Hence, the three stars. Two more if I was blown away by the tacos. Of course, I am comparing these tacos to the several places I tried the past couple of weeks prior, an attempt to curve cravings. read more

From the first moment Cristina responded to my initial query to the moment they left our party, we were so impressed. Cristina was very kind from the onset. She gave us all our options, explained it all very clearly, and the price quoted was very fair and reasonable. I cut and paste this from the initial emails to share what the main entree was: 5 tacos 2 sides: frijoles guisados, Spanish rice meat option: Asada ala Parrilla, Pastor, Tinga Taco toppings: onions, cilantro, limes, 2 different salsas: hot and mild Chips and Salsa All Disposables included Our guests were raving about everything Cristina and Juan prepared. And everyone who commented to me also added how kind and friendly they were. Guests were talking to them about their recipes! They wheeled a cooking cart into the home's backyard and set up serving tables so quickly and efficiently that it seemed to be up and ready before I knew it. As to the churros, I kid you not. They handmade them on the spot. They offered chocolate sauce and whipped cream. We were inhaling them, they were so good! I had several guests say they were the best churros they'd ever had! Honestly, we were nervous because we don't live in the area, the caterers were new to us as was the layout of the rental house. We looked this place up and decided to check it out after seeing the menu. Birria de res? Check. Puffy tacos? Check. Homemade tortillas? Check. TacoAddiction has it all and will exceed expectations. I went with some friends and we all ordered different things. The birria was flavorful and the meat was tender so if you order anything that includes birria and consume, you'll be happy. The mulita comes stuffed with birria meat so it's probably the best deal on the menu. The birria ramen hits the spot of you want a unique noodle dish. I ordered regular street tacos and hand made tortilla tacos. I recommend sticking with the homemade because you'll get a much larger taco and a fresh, soft tortilla so it's worth the $1 upgrade. The red salsa has some kick to it, but both the red and green were pretty good. There's plenty of parking since you can find the truck in a parking lot. The staff was very friendly and offered some recommendations. The price is reasonable for the area and will be pretty cheap or a little pricey depending on what you order. The puffy tacos were the absolute best part of this meal! The Birria sauce need sauce and a little more heat. Typically, Birria is made using goat meat but this was shredded beef that really wasn't too exciting. The tinga was good and was both moist and flavorful. Great service and delicious food. We absolutely loved our QUESA-birria tacos. They were so flavorful and paired well with a Mexican glass bottle Coke. We parked in the parking lot and chowed down. The service was very friendly and helpful when I asked about the menu. It was worth the drive coming from Vallejo to eat at this hidden gem. Superb! If you're a texture eater, you'll definitely appreciate their Chalupa. The tamale and tacos are also definitely equally delicious! The service is also worth mentioning. Was super delicious and perfect for the chilly day! So flavorful! We also got an order of birria lumpia to share. That was just as delicious! My cousin got a cheese shell taco with carne asada. Their servings are huge so don't let the higher prices scare you away! You only need one of anything unless you order the obviously smaller street tacos. The ramen fed me, my daughter, and my son. My sister sent me a post from Facebook that these Birria Tacos, that I've been wanting to try for a year, would be in Macy's parking lot at noon. Yummy! We have been driving by this truck at its home and wondering where they set up,, tonight we drove past them on old Sonoma right down the street from home! Yay!...
