Seriously wasted 15 miles worth of gas sitting in the drive through. This is the slowest taco time I have ever been to!!!

I was a Taco-Time Loyal customer for over 30 years but, at this Restaurant, the salad I ordered was incomplete, when i asked for an additional ingredient, they stop short of throwing me out the restaurant, they were nasty and arrogant, I complained to the HQ Office and they were just as bad as Araceli but, I will fix it by BOYCOTTING Taco-Time. read more

Let me start with how much I love Taco Time. I moved away from the NW for the last 6 years and Taco Time was not available where I lived. Moved back to the NW, saw Taco Time, and went in for lunch. It took 12 minutes to order our food, the prices were higher, the menu is different (not better), and it took an additional 16 minutes to get my food. The bag was sitting on the counter for a few minutes before I realized that it was likely my bag of food to go. I asked the employee if this was my order number 27, he said... I guess it is. I take the food home and it was not good. The temperature was way below what it should have been (cheese not melted on enchilada) I live one mile away. I am very sad to say that I do not recommend this particular Taco Time location due to the lack of service, expediency, temperature and price (value). read more

This place doesn't even deserve a star first they don't follow any health codes when the girl taking money is also preparing food both front counter and drive thru whit out washing hands or putting on gloves but then they screw up your order and only say sorry but really a Baja taco only has a tablespoon of meat in it the nachos are cheese and black beans the guacamole is brown The only thing that should happen is this place needs to be closed they don't have a clue what they are doing hopefully they will not kill someone before action is taken read more

Burrito was not good, rice was really hard seemed like uncooked (usually Mexican rice is fluffy), bean was just normal. Wouldn't recommend the food but people were nice. One burrito combo with additional bean cost a bit more than $8. read more

I have always enjoyed Taco Time so when I realized that I lived relatively close to a Taco Time, I was jazzed. I was greeted by an employee that was positive and happy. For all you fast food restaurants out there this is called setting a standard. After I ordered my meal I was given my drink cup, somehow this has become a rare feat now-a-days as most places bring you an empty cup when your food is ready. This is an awful idea as it actually elongates the perception of your wait. As long as you have an activity you will not being counting the seconds until your food is ready. Needless to say the food was served hot and delicious. My only minor complaint is that I had to tell them that they were both out of napkins and salsa. read more

My dad ate Taco Time as a kid. During my childhood, Taco Time was our family's go-to restaurant. My grandma, dad, brother, and I all had our own 'usual.' After I moved to California in 2006, I have only had the pleasure of eating here on two occasions. The beef soft taco, my usual, is incredibly tasty. The mexi fries and salsa are so good, too. The crisp beef burrito, when dipped in the salsa, is amazing. For a fast food restaurant, I would rate it a 5 out of 5. Recently, I told my husband that I am going to use my Southwest Airlines points to fly to Washington so that I can binge on Taco Time. He knows I am not joking. :) (Plus, it would be great to see the beautiful PNW again.) Glad they are still open! Hope the quality is still the same. read more

This Taco Time is my favorite! What makes it so? The employees! They are courteous, professional and they always get my order right. They treat me the same way if I'm dressed up or making a quick trip there after working all day in the yard. Keep up the good work, it's appreciated! read more

This place used to be good but now it seems like they just don't care. We went through the drive thru because we were craving taco time on our way home. I ordered two chicken tacos and my husband ordered one beef taco and a pinto bean soft taco with mexi nuggets. When we got home my tacos were soggy and husbands pinto bean soft taco was just beans in a tortilla. Not to mention they charge $4.00 for that, when I called the restaurant the gentleman told me the guy probably rung us up for a pinto bean burrito. So not only did he ring us up wrong, he also accepted cash from the customer in front of us and did not change his gloves. Then when we pulled up to the window our food was up and he put our napkins and our receipt in the bag with the same gloves he excepted the cash with. We will never go here again and I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone I know! What's really sad is nobody cares about customer service anymore! read more

If all you care about is getting the health minders recommended nutrients this might be the place for you, if you want good tasting food it certainly is not. This company has been headed South for at least 6 years, and now I am done. The Good: Pickled Jalapeno was available at the condiment counter, which I have not seen before. Years ago they had three good salsa's, but I guess we will never see that again, one salsa only...the J's help a bit. The Bad: Everything else. I made the mistake of ordering 5 meal because I did not see that it was their healthy wrap soft taco rather than the normal soft taco that I have always gotten. The wrap was disgusting as you might expect. The sour cream or what ever they use was super runny so it was a mess and had no flavor. The meat content has gone down yet again, replaced with lettuce. The chips were over cooked and had no flavor. The tater tots were over cooked and had no flavor. The side of beans was without the amount of water they should have so they were over salted by a lot...I assume that they put no fat in the beans and so they have to use salt to give them some flavor, so when they get to dried up in the steamtable they get over salted fast. I am not certain but I think the freestyle machine was out of adjustment, the soda did not taste right at all. I was in for 40 minutes on a thursday between 6-7 and while there was some drive up I only saw 2 other people in the restaurant the whole time. Given how bad the food quality has gotten that makes sense. This place has been over priced for a long time but it used to be decent food. No more, you pay a lot for bad tasting food. The food was fast and there was a lot of employees around, but if it is not good who cares. I hear their commercials about having fresh food and being good community citizens, but again, if the product does not taste good I dont care. Avoid. read more

Bought lunch here on my way home. I got the chicken soft taco. It was bigger than I expected and couldn't finish it all! I thought it was very good and will probably order it again. It did however have a slight taste of onions even though they were none in it (I checked). I did end up spending more than I wanted to, but I'll probably go back again soon. read more

I used to like it here better, however the last couple times have been a disappointment- this last time I got over charged because they did not know how to ring in a kids meal and I had to pay for the items supposed to come in it- and they didn't even give me a receipt. And I was stuck in the slow line with no way to get out I was in the line for 20 min!!! The time before that my husband went through the drive through and didn't check the bags- we got the wrong order but paid for the price of ours the one we got had a meal less.
