Had a discount with Uber Eats and was craving street tacos. Figured I'd give these guys a try since they are 2 mi from my house. Seriously amazing food !!! The tacos were FULL of meat. Got the barbacoa , shredded beef & shredded chicken ones on corn tortillas. Great flavor & hot. The onions , cilantro & limes were fresh. Never had tacos tapatios before. WOW !! I've been missing out. Even the rice and beans had good flavor. Hearty portions. I'm shocked this place is a food truck. Now I know why there's always cars around this place. The food was seriously really good and great prices. Will definitely order from again.

Only order the tripa, but it is done well here. I prefer mine crunchy vs soft, which they accomplish. Would recommend

Terrible food! No flavor! Meat fried hard and lemonade tasted like lemon water! Will never go back! More flavors at Taco Bell!

However if you are going for the customer service I suggest you look somewhere else. The young lady at the counter was not very friendly. The service was quick and the order was correct.

The bistec was a little on the salty side, but still good. It wasn't over cooked and chewy, pretty good! The lengua and tripa were SUPER tender and not over cooked either. VERY GOOD!!! Can you tell I've had some over cooked meat? Lol. Maybe it sat too long waiting for someone to buy it, but these guys.... GOOD! Freshly cooked, it tastes like anyways. Loved it! I live out of state, and was passing by on my way back home, and had to stop before I left. Glad I did. I will be back on my way back through every month. YESSSS!!! They also had two sauces, a green and orange. The orange, I wasn't a fan of the flavor, and was too hot for me. This white girl lol can't handle the heat. But the green was more up my ally, and the flavor was pretty good too. Yumm!! Oh. And not to mention, she brought it out to my car when it was done. AND... she was super sweet, smiling the whole time. Just really really nice!! Thank you!! No wonder y'all have 5 stars.

I have loved everything I've gotten from them but the fried pork chops are my favorite. I've never gotten a good picture because I only remember after inhaling the food. On Sunday they have Soulfood Sunday plates which come with an entree, 2 sides, a roll or cornbread and a drink. Like I said the fried pork chop is my favorite but my husband has also loved their hamburger and gravy and meatloaf. I also have tried their baked chicken and fried wings and they were all tasty. The sides...all of them are SO GOOD. You know the saying "they put their foot in it"? Well, they put their foot in it. All of it. Each of their sides are packed with flavor (from the meat, so be warned it is not vegetarian!), their collard greens are my favorite but only because they literally have the best greens I've found here in Texas. But, everything else is delicious! We have tried the collards, the southern fried corn, baked beans, sweet potato, Mac and cheese. Everything was a hit. Friendly staff and you can tell they just take pride in their business. It shows in every aspect.

"The Gastro Bomber is serving up traditional pub grub with a Texas twist and the customary pub…read moreculture...good music and friendly conversation!" - From GB's FB page. So yesterday (10/3/2012) Keller had it's first pop-up food truck event. I was very happy to catch wind of it, for I'm usually late to the party when it comes to events. In attendance were Gastro Bomber and So-Cal Tacos (http://www.yelp.com/biz/so-cal-tacos-fort-worth). My plan was to order something from each truck, one as a way to show support, and two, well because I'm a glutton and wanted to try both. I looked over both menus and came to a decision. From GB it was going to be the Chicken and Waffle Sandwich. I've been wanting C&Ws forever, from anywhere, and tonight was finally my night to try this item. The first thing to point out is it was not really a "sandwich" unless you want to stretch it and call it an open-faced sandwich. Second, it was not a full-sized waffle, but rather something rectangular. It consisted of three pieces of boneless chicken and a drizzle of maple syrup. Cost, $8. It was very good. The chicken was tender and the waffle delicious. What I noticed, and confirmed, is that there is corn meal in the waffle batter. I was told this is the Southern twist they like to add to there food. It was like Belgian cornbread. Yummy! Now I will add my wife's comment, which seem to be true of all food trucks, is that the cost to quantity ratio seems to be a little high. Three large tenders on essentially half a waffle for 8 bucks seems a bit much. Now I came up with a new take on the cost and that is this; One, your getting to try something new and somewhat unique. Two, and here's the kicker, your bottom line cost is perhaps a bit less than if you sat down in a restaurant. If tips are expected at food trucks, I did not see any obvious vessel for the cash to go in. You can bring your own drinks, and thus your bottom line for a unique dining experience really is not bad. I for one am glad this came together. I was excited when I learned that Keller might be getting it's own food truck park, and was disappointed when I learned the plans were not approved. Somehow I think Keller's loss will be Roanoke's gain (Actually Corina T., aka the "shark lady", who I met at this event said that). From this point forward I will keep track of food trucks coming to Keller, and there are definitely a few more items on GB's menu I would like to try (Irish Nachos, Shepherd's Pie Croquettes, Fish and Chips, Picanha Sandwich). PS. If you missed it, they will be back in the same spot (at the CVS at the NE corner of 1709 and Rufe Snow) next week, 10/10/2012 from 5 to 8PM. One quick tip: Do bring your own chairs!
