My family and I haven't ordered from here in quiet some time because food god bad and the orderes were always wrong. To give them the benefit of the doubt we decided to call in an order. They told me about 15 minutes I got there in approximately 20 minutes and had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my order to be ready. When I go to pay my order is wrong. They apologize and fixed when I arrived home but into the empanadas and they were wrong and the burrito when I bit into it had cabbage when I requested without. We used to order here religiously, but this past order which was tonight was horrible and well never order from there again! I ordered several things for my family, including the buffalo chicken quesadillas and when my husband bit into his it tasted like fish and smelled bad. I called to let them know since we were loyal customers, however the woman answering the phone told me she didn't know what to say. The manager refused to get on the phone insisting that it was a best seller and I was a liar, continued to speak through the girl on the phone eventually telling me to go f*** myself! I went to buy lunch to this place today. Let me tell you, it was a disappointment! I ordered their Mexi hot wings which the menu says EIGHT WINGS. I get the food and I leave. I was in a hurry. When I get to work, I look in the bag and saw 4 pieces of chicken in there. FOUR WINGS for 9.23$!!! I called the restaurant to ask them for an explanation. Clearly the menu says 8 pieces. The guy proceeded to tell me that "the wings that we gave you are bigger and cost more compared to what's serve out here in other restaurants. That's why you got 4." How is it my business how much you purchase your products for?! What you advertised in your menu is what you should sell to the customer!! On top of that, I waited a very loooong time for these wings because the place only have one person doing everything. The same person at the register is also touching the food in the kitchen. I love supporting small businesses but the lack of professionalism of this place is ridiculous! The owner is not only rude but he is a liar as well. Under my google review, he proceeded to lie and say he gave me free wings plus the money. He insulted me by saying I need therapy but he did not. comment is still there. I am never happy about giving a bad review but........ I have tried this place before and it was ok so we figured why not try them again. Went there to pickup dinner and when I got home food was missing. I called them and it took a few minutes to tell me come and pick it up. Taco Perfectos? More like Taco Imperfectos. I would have gotten a better meal eating the rubber they sell at dsw shoes next door. First of all the chips and salsa we got was more like chips and watered down Franks hot sauce. They messed up one of our groups order and the chicken tacos they gave me were basically mystery meat tacos with sargentos shredded cheese on top. Nice storefront restaurant, counter service. Menu is a bit limited, but quality of food is good and portion sizes are abundant. This place just opended up in the shopping center where I work and I can say this is my new spot to get lunch!!!!!!! The first time I went in the place was spotless and looks pretty nice.. I was in the mood for a burrito and they have a large variety to choose from which is always fun. I got their burrito fajita with steak and it was AMAZING. Perfectly spiced and had melted cheese on it and with guacamole... it cant get much better than that. I also tried their empanadas which i barely see in other mexican restuarants.... How many times can a place get your order wrong before you have finally had enough? One thing I can say for sure is that this restaurant has really good food, BUT, don't expect to get what it was you actually wanted upon delivery or pick up.. In the last 6 times I have ordered food from this place, 5 of those times I received the wrong food (wish I was exaggerating).. I'm not one to complain with some mix ups here and there, restaurants have a lot of customers and it's easy to mix things up from time to time.. But never have I ever been to a place that screws up orders as much as this one.. I even went back once to get the food I actually wanted and the owner looked pissed off at me and gave me a nasty attitude even though I was beyond polite about it.. My husband and I placed an order for delivery. Part of our ordered ended up missing. When my husband called to rectify the situation the gentlemen on the phone just kept telling him that they were busy and would not be able to get the missing part of the order to us.
