    Fried Plantains

I forgot how delicious the food is at Tacos Perfectos but I'm glad I decided to stop in and get dinner. First the service was much better than most places. Sherif was very cordial and accommodating. He offered service with a smile and was friendly. Second the store was neat, clean, and colorful; however, it was quiet and empty at the time I had visited. Last the food was delicious!! I had ordered a vegetarian burrito with plantains, which also came with a side of chips which Sherif had offered. When I couldn't decide whether to get mild or hot salsa with them, he gave me both upon request. I believe the food was yummier than most restaurants in the area with similar menus. I'm not sure if this business is associated with any franchises or corporations; however, I prefer to support the mom-and-pop types of restaurants and businesses and this place gave that vibe. It's small, nestled in the corner and could be easily missed or forgotten (I haven't been there in a few years but will definitely be returning very soon). The personalized customer service and genuineness are definitely strengths and pairs well with the warm, made-at-that-moment food. Go visit; I don't think you'll be disappointed.

It was decent. Small portions the taco shells, tortilla chips and salsa were very fresh and homemade. The taco itself was pretty plain. My kids loved that they had a few toys in there to play with while we waited for our food. The guy behind the counter (maybe the owner?) was friendly.

First time here and was just ok. I got a classic burrito with steak and a burrito usually is big, i felt this to be small. The steak was very good , but no seasoning so i put the hot sauce. The 2 sauces were not really spicy. He said he was going to give me extra chips well that bag was small. Maybe i would try it again to see how the tacos and empanadas are.

My boyfriend and I were in the area and stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Hidden away in a shopping center with much bigger spots, you will find Taco Perfectos basically hidden in the corner. Many options are available. Tacos, burritos, quesadillas, salads, rice bowls, etc. I went with the tortilla platter. Basically a create your own taco platter. The platter consisted of rice, beans, chicken, lettuce and tomato. Tortillas were on the side. Chicken had nice flavor, but the flavor could have been slightly better. It was missing excitement. The menu stated the beans were topped with cheese...but it didn't come with any cheese. My boyfriend ordered the Burrito Loco. Inside was rice, beans, sour cream, tomato and salsa. You can pick what protein you want. He chose chicken. It was huge!! Could easily be split between two people. He enjoyed it. My boyfriend also ordered chili. He said that the flavors were nice..and was like a sloppy joe consistency. There was a flavor that neither of us could figure out, but it was enjoyable. The menu also stated the chili was topped with cheese, however the cheese was not present. There is a salsa bar with three different salsas. The salsa of the day, house salsa and hot salsa. The salsa of the day was good, and very vibrant in colors. House salsa was darker, but tasty. The hot salsa wasn't hot at all. It wasn't even medium. More on the mild side. The only problem with these salsas is that they are not covered. They are open and exposed. I almost forgot. You receive complimentary chips with your order. They came out hot and fresh. It was a little pricey. For everything mentioned above and two drinks it came to $30. That's a little pricey. However, my boyfriend and I both want to come back and try something else.

Terrible tacos I have ever tasted I should've gone to chipotle or Taco Bell, or a real ethnic taco place All I can say is this isn't real ethnic tacos and not worth the money. The steak needed Goya. It's Taco Bell meat in a corn flour tortilla. That's it. Worth way too much.

You'll have a light and hearty meal with small plates that are quick to your table, take my word for it. Chicken burger taco was great and had a nice sauce on it. If you like pork on your fork, the carnitas taco was delicious. These tacos came packed with a decent portion inside. Not too much where the taco falls apart, but more than plenty for you not to complain. I'm coming back for more small bites to eat. The sweet plantains were tasteful in their own right although I did not care for the queso sauce to complement. The beef crunch wrap was plentiful and tasteful with my favorite item being the Baja tacos that provided both a crunch and sweet/flavorful taste. I love the vibes of this place, from the festive environment to the very friendly staff. Not sure…read moreabout the story behind it, but it feels like a family operation and who doesn't love that? I came here with my father and cousin on a Saturday night and the place was pleasantly busy, but we were able to find parking and a table. I don't like to say "plenty of tables" to indicate it was empty. We got there super early, like 6pm and by the time we left, it was busier. I'd eaten a late lunch and wasn't particularly hungry, so I just ordered some tableside guac. My cousin can't handle spice at all (annoying. I say this with love. She's 22 so she has time to grow into it), so when asked about spice level, I sadly replied the dreaded "mild." You know what? It was still really freaking good. I suspect quality ingredients are at play. I also had a glass or two of white wine and these are generous pours, friends. The menu is priced extremely fairly in these tough times. There's not many vegan options on the menu (plenty of vegetarian) however I'm pretty sure I can cobble something decent together when I return. And I say that with certainty because my father had been here only two weeks prior and couldn't stop talking about the tortilla soup, which ordered and devoured again. He's not easy to please either. Glad to have another restaurant on our roster because we eat out a lot!
