The Guac Shop has a hidden gem that can be rented in the basement for private events. It's a cool space and the food is the same as if you ordered in the regular restaurant. A great option for a celebration with a speakeasy feel. The food in general is made with care and better than your other fast food options. Definitely visit for take our, dine in and check out the basement speakeasy.

Decent little spot for a quick Mexican fix. Gotta add that I love that they had a painting of Starry Night with an avocado in it. Service was good & fast. The food was dee-lish. Two thumbs up.

No salsa or like kind sauce for either the bowl or the quesadillas, hardly any cheese inside the quesadilla. No real surprise that at dinner time I was the only one in the place. The bowl was 19.51, wasn't worth 9.51. Sorry to say, we won't be back, too many other places making fresh hot proper Mexican food.

I am currently on crutches and the workers are so kind and helpful. Automatically just brought my food to the table for me . I truly appreciated that! I was with my friend and she was ordering and immediately another worker took my order instead of allowing me to order after her. Burrito is deff big. I wasn't impressed but it tasted okay. The queso and chips are okay. I kinda expected more flavor from the food but it's suppose to be an healthy alternative to chipotle/moes so I get it . My bestfriend was in love with the cilantro sauce .

Review is based off guac shop as a whole. First off their seaford pop up shop is terrible...I'll start by saying I found a tooth pick in my burrito...yes a tooth pick. There was also only one employee working and the food was messed up. Pictures attached. Also this is about 4th time food was wrong. The garden city one is better...however has begun to slide. I go to this location pretty regularly and over the past few months they have messed up numerous orders and take incredibly long. The food is good when it's right and the portions are very nice. But when your order is messed up over and over again it's time to move on. Plenty of other good Mexican/Cali restaurants.

I am pretty surprised at how good this place is. I got two bowls for my family here and they were huge. The portions are very generous and the staff were very helpful. We got the surf and turf bowl, but subbed the lettuce base for brown rice. This bowl was so good... It came with shrimp, steak, mango salsa, guacamole and a mango sauce. Everything was delicious in it. We then got a build your own chicken bowl with brown rice. This bowl had almost everything in it. We got black beans, corn, vegetables, lettuce, mild salsa, sweet potatoes, queso, cheese, guacamole, and chipotle mayo. These bowls were hefty. Three people shared the two bowls and we still have 1/4 left. We also got a side of queso, which I definitely recommend. The queso is so good! Definitely need to order from here again!

I was dropping a friend off, when she asked me to stop. She said "pull over here." Doing so put me in front of "Guac Shop Mexican Grill" in Jericho. She was hungry so she made me come. I thought I was there, just to wait, little did I know, I would be dining. There was plentiful of parking, so come on down! Inside, this franchise, it was immaculate! It was clean, organized, and colorful. Lights and wooden chairs filled the dining room floor. I made my way over to see the assembly line of food choices. The staff was amazing to my friend, you pick what you want and they load it up. I was content with just going, but my friend forced me to try her food. Upon trying, I decided, it might be worth a try. I joked my friend should be a spokesperson and they laughed. I made my pick, of one sweet and one spiced meat. They quickly put it together and topped it with sauce. We sat down to eat and I wasted no time. I must say, it was okay. It's definitely better than Moe's and Chipotle, but it wasn't on a level of its own. Don't get me wrong, I really enjoyed it, enough to go back. I just didn't have the feeling of flying when I bit down. I guess my Mexican food standards are way too high, or I haven't eaten enough to know good food.

I'm in Jericho today. I'm having one of the 5 Performance Bowls, Surf and Turf with romaine lettuce. The other Performance Bowls include Paleo, Keto, Vegetable and Macro. The Paleo and Keto bowls should grab the attention of many as it's hard to always find places with good alternatives. While I've been to another location, I'm still amazed how hidden this restaurant is on Long Island. More locations would be awesome so more would know.

I try my best never to leave a one-star review but this particular guac shop location deserves it. The other location at union turnpike was a totally different experience. There was better staff and fresh food. Here is my utmost HONEST opinion as how I ALWAYS do. There was only one couple before me and I waited over 20 minutes to pick up my online order, no problem on the wait if the food is good. On Sundays their quesadillas are only $10 If ordered on the app. I was so excited to try them out and I also ordered a steak burrito and chips and guac when I went inside . Once I got home and opened up the quesadillas I was completely disappointed. It was bits and pieces of steak with clumps of cheese it just didn't look appetizing. Also the size for what I paid for was not worth it. The steak was overly salty and so was the cheese . The queso was also very very salty. The chips and guac were decent a bit on the tangy side for the guac. I was not able to enjoy this meal at all. Unfortunately I had to dispose of the rest. Very unfortunate as the other location I mentioned before was the total opposite of experiences. I'm not to sure if I would return to this location as my money spent has gone down the drain.

Surprisingly good! Ordered Surf and Turf and Keto Chicken. But of course I added extra stuff. All the ingredients are very fresh. The steak is definitely better than any other Mexican food chain. They use nice sized shrimps. Not those baby ones. I wanted more carbs so I substituted lettuce with rice. You can basically build your own too. The portions are big for your hungry friends. Try Chips and Queso as well.

Chicken Quesadilla with rice and fajitas
    Danny G.

My wife and I gave Guac Shop a try and were shocked at how much better the food tasted than Chipotle. All the ingredients were fresh and full of flavor. Her bowl came with an amazing cilantro aioli sauce, and my chicken quesadilla was customized with rice and fajitas inside which made for a nice touch. The guacamole definitely lived up to their name, the queso was creamy with a kick, and the chips were great - thin, crunchy and salty. We will definitely be going back! 2 thumbs up.

Ordered through Uber eats, got a jatrritos but it never came with the Order. Tried to call but it was impossible to get in touch with them. There was also no meat in either of the taco or bowl we ordered. This is insane. Just stick to Qdoba it's better and they never forget anything.

Flavorful and fresh, my quesadilla was the perfect size and my friends burrito was pretty filling that she had to pack the rest to go. In reality, it feels like a hidden credit card surcharge that's baked into the menu price unless you pay cash. That kind of pricing feels misleading since you're given the check with the assumption your payment is a credit card. For margaritas, you can add salt or sugar on the rim. We ordered Guac & Chips for the table. The guacamole, tomatoes, cilantro, lime, and red onion were very good and great to share. I ordered the Bulgogi Taco and the Bang Bang Shrimp Taco. My favorite was the Bang Bang Shrimp Taco. It had pan fried shrimp, cabbage slaw, tossed in bang bang sauce, sriracha drizzle served on flour tortilla. This taco was packed with flavor and really good. The bulgogi taco didn't have bulgogi, they were steak strips. My husband had the Pork Belly Taco and Korean Short Rib Taco. He really enjoyed it.
