Inside the restaurant

It's a small shop in a mostly residential area, but you know you're approaching when you can smell the food within a few blocks. Their menu has some creative burritos & crunchwraps. They have a lunch special as well. I was the only customer in there at the time so I was helped right away. I didn't realize until I got home but I ordered a crunchwrap but a burrito was made instead. It was okay though because what I had was delicious (the Mac attack) The size of the burrito was amazing, I got four servings from the one burrito. I definitely will be back to try other menu items.

Nachos

This is a small Mexican place that's great for take out inside there are a few tables to sit however it was really cold the day that I went so I decided not to stay in. They do have a large menu selection with many items so I did have to try a few. For starters I had wings with chipotle mayo sauce which is one of the sauces on the menu however I am sure it's not for wings. One thing I will say the guy helping me in the front told me to pick any flavor on the board however they were not all wing flavors. Idk I chose this and thought it would interesting but ended up with a bag of sauce instead of wings. Which is how I knew it was not a wing flavor. If you do get wings just go with the flavors that are on the screen that I later saw. I also got the nachos with shrimp 10/10 unreal best nachos that I have ever had! They literally had the perfect amount of everything seasoned well so good. I wanted to try the Mac and cheese and told them to put the bacon on the side. The bacon was crispy my daughter enjoyed that. The mac and cheese was just ok I liked the scallion maybe it would have been better if it was hot. Now let's get into the crunchwraps I got the chicken Cesar salad one which I was told is selling really well and I can see why it's good all the ingredients are in there giving different textures it's good. I also got the bubba but I did tell them to put fried chicken and shrimp I ended up getting grilled chicken and honestly it didn't matter. What an amazing crunchwrap I would get this over and over again. This crunchwrap has rice in it so not hesitate it's seasoned well and filling. For dessert I got three dessert empanadas Oreo, red velvet cookie, chocolate chip cookie dough they are all sweet great for children they do come with a chocolate syrup and vanilla frosting.

Ordered catering for a birthday party and literally everything was seamless from start to finish. Brandon (the owner) worked so well with us and was able to help us pick enough food for everyone. We got a half tray "make your own taco" pack with extra proteins, birria egg rolls, empanadas, and crunchwraps and we had way too much food (which I'm glad we did because Super Bowl!) Pick up was seamless and everything was packed snuggly so there was no sliding on transport home. Everything was delicious and I was so happy with everything. Will definitely be recommending catering in the future.

Maui Waui

This place does not miss!!! Well maybe their Maui Waui wasn't so great.. too much rice and it was a bit dry. However the Gordito is awesome!!! So much flavor! And even though there is a lot packed in, it somehow is perfectly filling. Service was great. Very friendly and patient staff. Inside was nice and clean. I loved how colorful and decorated it was. They even have a chart where people have pre-ordered meals for those who cannot afford a meal. It brings a sense of community which I loved. 1000% coming back!

Cowbow Skirt Steak Quesadilla. Delicious reheated via Air Fryer
Lawrence C.

My family member picked this place for takeout. Man am I glad that she did! Wonderful chicken wings with a green sauce, Cowboy Quesadilla with flank steak. Fat Boy Anthony Burrito = chucken, onion, peppers, Poblano cheese. Fit Burrito had same with pineapple added. All cooked to perfection. The meat was seasoned and grilled just right with delicious fresh side of pico de gallo, Street Corn, onions and condiments. So good. Ordered delivery which was on time and packed well. Really delicious. I notice many of my reviews are 5 star, but there's really nothing to take a star away for this one!

beef crunch wrap

Pros: Portion size is great. On time pickup. Very easy ordering online.. through their own ordering system which was great. Cons: the food :( I'm so sorry. My everything was dry and hard to eat. Paid extra for queso dip that we didnt get. idk if thatd help but did get the pineapple sauce. my first thought was red? okay, yeah no, that was SPICY. I didnt mention that online.. but if you like spice get it but didnt taste anything like pineapple. went based on a grubfather recommendations

Avocado Fries

This place is pretty popular with a lot of people taking it to go. I did a sit down and it was spacious and comfortable. My friend recommended the drive from nyc to Long Island to try this so that's what I did. Of all the things I ordered, I would probably order the Classico Crunchwrap again. (Additional $2 to the quesadilla for a Crunchwrap). It was pretty good and had a nice texture. The other comments say the food here is not that flavorful without the sauce and I would have to agree with that. I found myself dipping every bite in sauce just to add some flavor. Things I would not order again: 1. Avocado fries. Idk what I was expecting, but it was not this. The good part was that they were thick pieces of avocado, but the breading was flavorless and I just tasted the thick fatty avocado. 2. Street corn. I was expecting deconstructed elote which is exactly what it looked like. But once again, it didn't hit the spot like traditional elote does. First the corn tasted like canned corn - sorta stiff and not as sweet. Then the cheese and sauce were all there but they didn't combine to one entity like traditional elote does. Also, they have an extra charge if you use a credit card, which they do not tell you about. But workers were nice otherwise. Overall, I wouldn't say it's worth the drive from nyc, but if you're in the area, sure give it a try.

Macaroni and cheese taco (substituted chorizo for fried chicken)
Gabby P.

I live in Westchester County and have been dying to try this place since I came across them on Instagram. Let me tell you -- it was so worth it! Got the corn and mini empanadas as an appetizer. Proportions were amazing. Not a huge spicy fan so the staff gave me multiple options to substitute the chorizo for. Having a staff that works with you is huge! On the plus side they were extremely nice and friendly Overall, had a great experience. General establishment was super clean and followed all Covid guidelines. Cannot wait to go back! Be sure to check them out

Burrito bowl

Glad to have found this spot! I like their mexican with a twist although I didn't actually end up getting anything from that side of the menu. The bubba burrito was packed with rice and shrimp and the chipotle mayo was yummy, hope I can get an extra side of it next time. I like em saucy. The empanadas were not what I expected, in the best way possible. Spicy, crispy and a flavor bomb. The Santa Cruz quesadilla was okay to me, very kid friendly which is who we ordered it for - meat, cheese and corn. Unfortunately, the bowl wasn't a hit, the pork wasnt seasoned well and dry despite the serving of guac and sour cream with it.

Still on my mission to support local businesses during these difficult times. Well my friends... once again you have not failed me with recommendations. Curbside Mexican for dinner tonight. Mexican Caesar to start (great dressing with a nice kick). Mini Empanadas are the big winner today. Star of the dinner. Crunchy outside. Very tasty filling. Following closely behind and no less excellent were Surf Tacos and a Bubba Burrito. (a Giant Bubba Burrito)- filled with perfectly grilled shrimp. Pick-up was a breeze. Pulled up in front and "runner" recognized my car and came right out with my order and placed it in the back seat. Well worth the experience.

The food is bland and dry. It likes flavor. It's a shame, because the food looks delicious, but not translate in taste.

I am wondering how is the food. Also do they allow payment from campus cards?

Cabo RVC offers a wide range of party packages with different options and price points, and it honestly feels like no request is too big for them to handle. From start to finish, the team there is absolutely incredible. The owner, Angelo, and manager, Nathan, work side by side with their servers and bartenders to make sure every single detail is perfect and that each guest--from the youngest child to the oldest adult--is happy and well taken care of. What really stands out is how accommodating the staff is, how they go above and beyond for guests, and how they honor multiple food allergies, special requests, and last-minute change of details with such ease and with a smile on their faces all the while. The restaurant is truly run like a well-oiled machine! One thing neither you nor your guests will be able to overlook is the wide variety of drink options at the bar--especially their infamous margaritas, which can be topped with bottle floaters for an extra special touch. Pro-tip: Order the Rainbow Ice Rita... you will NOT be disappointed Moving onto the food--your tastebuds are about to embark on quite the journey! Between the tableside guacamole, hand-served empanadas, crab cakes, coconut shrimp, pineapple chicken kebabs, and quesadillas (just to name a few appetizers), your guests are sure to already be impressed. Then the servers set up the main entrées--in our case, chicken enchiladas, salmon filet with cilantro lime butter, tequila-marinated skirt steak, steamed vegetables, and potato au gratin--and everything was perfectly timed, served hot and absolutely delicious! But wait... there's more! Two servers bring into the room--right before your eyes--the largest paella platter you could ever dream of, filled with crawfish, shrimp, calamari with sofrito, chicken, and chorizo in sweet pea saffron rice. Both you and your guests will truly be in awe of the presentation. And just when you think the night couldn't possibly get any better, they finish with an incredible churro bar that leaves guests (and you!) wanting more. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed, and the back room is a photographer's dream--talk about "finding the good light!" I cannot thank Cabo RVC enough for helping to create the perfect menu and ambiance for our guests and for helping our family create memories that are sure to last a lifetime. Every detail of the party was flawless. The flow of food and drinks was seamless, the attention to detail was top-notch, and our guests are STILL raving about how amazing everything was.
