On the day of delivery, I received a text stating my order could not be delivered because the driver had dropped the package, causing the bottles to break. While unfortunate, I understood that accidents happen. I even offered flexibility and agreed to have the order delivered the following day, letting them know I would be home until 4:00 p.m. The next day, I received no delivery updates. Around 2:00 p.m., I called and left a voicemail to remind them of my availability, but no one responded. At 3:51 p.m., the driver finally arrived with my order. Unfortunately, when I opened the box, I discovered several juices were missing. I immediately contacted the driver, who explained he was only responsible for delivery and that I would need to contact the company. Since then, I have left multiple voicemails, submitted a contact request through their website, and even reached out on Instagram. They replied on Instagram saying they would contact dispatch and get back to me--but they never did. Accidents happen, but poor communication and the complete lack of follow-up are unacceptable. Customers deserve timely responses and a company that stands behind its products and service. I cannot recommend Friends of the Chef Juice based on this experience.

Been ordering these meals since the beginning of the year to control my weight and intake on food since I'm having my wedding this year. Weight management portions are small but you get used to it and portion control. The weight management plan gives you about 1200 cals a day, but they also send you some snacks. There is another plan called the balanced plan which is about 1800 calories a day. It basically has more food, bigger portions of the same meals. They had a keto plan as well which they recently got rid of. I guess more people were ordering the other plans. They deliver on Saturday for most places in the city and on Sundays to other places. There has to be someone at home to receive the box. They also have boxes with cooler bags inside if needed. The easiest way to contact them is through instagram.
