HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE -- CORPORATE MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO SEE THIS August 28, 2026 -- approximately 6:30 PM I am extremely disappointed by the way I was treated at this Taco Bell location today. I asked the woman working behind the counter if I could use the restroom. Her response was extremely rude and aggressive: "NO RESTROOM TILL YOU BUY!" She said it while yelling at me with an angry expression and absolutely no courtesy or respect. Is this really how Taco Bell expects its customers to be treated? I understand that individual locations may have restroom policies, but there is absolutely no excuse for an employee to speak to a customer in such an aggressive and disrespectful manner. If there is a policy requiring a purchase before restroom access, it should be communicated politely--not shouted at customers. More importantly, what happens when someone has a medical condition, an elderly customer urgently needs a restroom, a parent has a small child who cannot wait, or someone has an emergency situation? Employees should be trained to use common sense and basic human decency in situations like this. I would like Taco Bell corporate and the franchise management to clarify whether this is an official company policy or simply a policy imposed by this particular location. If it is a local policy, management should seriously reconsider it. If it is a corporate policy, then Taco Bell has some serious explaining to do. The employee's behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. A major national brand should not tolerate employees yelling at customers and treating them with disrespect over a restroom request. I strongly recommend that management review the security cameras from approximately 6:30 PM on August 28, 2026, investigate this incident, and address the employee's conduct appropriately. I am considering taking this matter further and discussing it with appropriate parties, because customers should not have to tolerate this kind of treatment. Very poor experience.
