Came here on a late Sunday afternoon with another family. Food was great, we were first timers but TH came highly recommended. They lose a star for ambiance bc we sat on the patio and all the cars cruising up and down were VERY loud if not entertaining, that's the location's fault not the restaurant! Was difficult to have a conversation at times. Our waitress Candice was great. Didn't get too many pics of our food bc I was in a large group. Everyone was happy with their orders, most of us got tacos. Beans had a nice little kick.

This place was so cute but so disappointing- something went wrong every step of the way. The pitcher of margaritas that was $60 ($12/margarita) did not have fresh lime juice and it poured only 4 glasses- it would have been cheaper if we had gotten 4 margaritas separately. Our waitress told us it serves 5-6. The guacamole we ordered for appetizer had an entire half of an avocado that no one could cut through and we had to send it back to be mashed. So awkward to tell a TexMex spot how to make proper guacamole. The quesadilla I ordered came in taco form (bizarre) with a side of guacamole that also had huge pieces of avocado that could not be scooped onto my "quesadilla". Everyone's tacos broke in the middle because the tortillas were fried and the grease was leaking out of them from the meat. Do not eat here - there are so many cool places to eat in the area for tex mex that aren't so bad.

Definitely a hard pass on Taco Heads. You're paying $5 or more for a taco that's way less satisfying than anything comparable. They're over priced and really disappointing. The tortillas aren't made in house and taste like something off the grocery store shelf with a little butter added. You could likely get a taco three times better at half the cost. The interior is pretty and you'll probably have fun here with friends, but not because of the food.

Went in for lunch, it wasn't crowded so there was no wait on a table, our server was helpful and friendly. The shrimp tacos were good, brisket tacos a little dry, chips and salsa were good. Restaurant was quiet and clean.

This was my first time going here and I was craving for real Mexican Food. When I stumble upon this place it looked spacious outside and clean. As I enter the place was empty and unwanted vibes. My server was awesome, she was very welcoming and warm. The owner on the other hand was very cold and unbothered. The one thing I hate about restaurant is when they take someone's else culture and food and try to make it into theirs. And that's what this place did. Come to find out the original owners was Mexican lady and the new owner tried to change all her recipes beside one. I really enjoyed the steak tacos . The meat was very flavorful with lime on top. The charro's was nasty having Carmel inside. Of them. I like the original one better. The street corn belongs on a cob not a bowl and the rice had no flavor and I had to add salt. There's no place to park so your going to find a place to park outside of the restaurant and walk your way to it. Stop taking things that never belonged to you and changing it. If you want to cook your culture food go and do that. I'm giving this place a 3 star because the steak tacos and the server did a wonderful job.

I got a 3 taco plate with chicken, brisket, and steak. They were all so good. I think the best part of this plate was the charro beans which had the best flavor with the spice it had. Finished those off before the tacos, for sure. This place is very open with a large patio to enjoy the atmosphere of the Stockyards and the people. We were well taken care of by the staff as they were super nice. You have hit and miss places in the Stockyards when it comes to customer service, but this was just perfect.

This place was dirty. The table was not clean. We received dirty glasses as well as the table next to us. They ended up sending their food back and leaving. Service was also slow. My shrimp and fish tacos were cold, nasty, dry and unseasoned. I had to ask for sour cream and mild sauce twice. The quesadillas were the freshest at the table. My husband asked for 1 refill because they never came back to check on us and the waitress rolled her eyes and said "ok". 0 out of 10 DO NOT recommend.

I came on a Tuesday for breakfast around 9:30am and the place was empty, but open! It's fast casual so you order up at the counter, get a buzzer you put on your table, and then they bring your order to you. There's seating inside (super cute vibes) or outside (they have big fans to keep you cool too!) which is great. I got the chorizo egg breakfast taco (so yummy) and veggie egg breakfast taco with added avo (peppers and onions for veggies) and I loved both! I probably would have been fine with just one taco but was able to eat both and thought they were both great. Service was great, the food was so yummy and quick, and the space is SO cute. Love love love!

Come for the food and enjoy patio weather! We have been coming to Taco Heads for year. They have one of the best patios in the city, Well to honest, the restaurant is mostly patio seating at the Montgomery location, but it's still one of the best. The tacos are always top notch and the service is impeccable even during a rush. This place is on our short list of go to spots. The fish taco is superb, but my favorite is the chorizo, egg, and cheese. Pro tip: Check and make sure that Dickie's Arena is not having an event or you might be waiting a bit to get seated.

Their " Burrito buster"....$19 bucks! Bs

$82 bucks for three super small tacos, a burrito with no sides and three margaritas. Wayyyyy over rated. We complained about the runny cold queso and the waitress said oh that's just how it's made. Then caught an attitude because we didn't want it. Yeah we won't be back. Attaching a pic of the burrito my hubby order no side nada just the burrito...$19 bucks just stupid.

In Japan, I was treated as a mentally ill person, ignored by other Japanese people, lonely and extremely difficult to live. The waiters at the tacos restaurant here are very friendly, and even though I am Japanese, they treated me with a smile. And the tacos were also very delicious. Not only the tacos restaurant here, but also the bus driver, the staff at the motel where I stayed... The people of Fort Worth are all different from the cold Japanese and the people of Silicon Valley. On the afternoon of February 26th, I went this taco restaurant, but I accidentally left my jumper behind and got on the bus on the way home. Maybe I threw it away, but I'd like to revisit it someday and tell the story of the jumper I left behind.

Took awhile to be waited on but then had a great one. The quesadilla was delicious as was my margarita with a little Dos Equis bottle. Fun vibe. Friends thought the tacos were so so but loved their drinks.

Rancid fish taco was served. They did the right thing and comped it. But wow it was horrible. Don't order a fish taco here.

I've eaten a lot of tacos in my time. But some bites have a way of humbling you. This one did. I ordered the street tacos with barbacoa. Corn tortillas layered with melted cheese, another tortilla laid gently on top, then crowned with rich, slow-cooked meat. Simple ingredients, intentional hands. The first bite landed heavy -- comforting, soulful, and loud in all the right ways. These tacos slapped harder than Babe Ruth sending one out of the park. And the real kicker? The smile on her face as she watched me take that first bite -- the kind that says, "I told you so," without needing to say a word. She knew she was right. The service matched the food -- warm, polite, unhurried. That small-town kind of kindness where you're treated like you belong, even if it's your first time through the door. No rush, no attitude, just genuine care. Some places feed you. Others stay with you. Taqueria Temo does both. I'll be back.

A slight oversight. No biggie. The chips and salsa were good. Salsa is puréed and tasty. A bit of a kick but not over powering. The chips are on the "thicker" side. Preference for the lighter crispier chips though. I've been wanting to try this place for a long, long time. We literally eat at the Indian rest, Namaste Grill and bar next door and it's the best of the best. When I saw the TikTok reviews I knew I recognized the restaurant and couldn't wait to try it. I inquired about Taco Durangos. And she seemed confused but showed me that they did have "fried crunchy tacos" and directed me to the picture on the front. I asked if I could get one chicken, beef and Pork. She's said NO that they were only available in Beef and Lamb....uggggh. I ordered one with just beef to try it. It's a birria taco...it was good. I like the crispiness of it but normally not a fan of the dipping sauce served with the taco. That was the case here. Not a fan. The little service red sauce also lacked flavor...it was HOT. What's standing out the most is the salsa's, green verde sauce included all lacked flavor. Disappointing. The quesadillas were outstanding! Filling and flavorful. My street tacos were underwhelming. The corn tortillas were gummy and lacked flavor in general. Same with the beans and rice. $43.00

They have an ample bar space, but it looked like only one patron was interested in that; the rest of us were there to eat. You order your food at the counter and get a buzzer to come back and pick it up. The staff is friendly enough, but you don't really interact with them much since it's all pretty much self service after you go to the counter. The drink station has cane sugar based sodas; it's a bit heavy on the foam, but otherwise good. We opted for the birria pizza, a couple of cups of pozole, and a side of elote. Everything was solid. The elote was good, not great, but the pozole really hit the spot given how cold it was outside. The birria pizza is what blew me away, though. This was easily one of the most unique, but tasty, things I've ever had. It's not really a pizza, more like a topped quesadilla, but they did a great job of it. I'd not only come back here next time I'm in Fort Worth, I'd be interested in opening a location in Houston if I had the money to franchise it.
