Always come here when I am craving frijoles or a crispy taco. The big crispy taco is my favorite as they load it with meat and cheese, so I only need one. The frijoles are fresh and come with a layer of their oh so greasy cheese--yum! The food is fresh, fast, and so delicious! This is my go to spot when I need to fill that craving! Um hello, I love Taco Casa. My favorite fast food. I'm not entirely sure if the food I order is actually gluten free, but I haven't seemed to have a problem, sooooo whatever. I just order frijoles because their refried beans are amazing, and I also love the super taco, regular taco, super tostada, and plain. Super just means bigger with sour cream and tomato. And black olives on your tostada! This location is super clean inside but I'm usually driving through. Their drive-thru is so speedy, for real. I went to Taco Casa for the first time tonight. They will be my goto for my future taco cravings! When I pulled up to the window I could see the counter where they assemble all the food. Everything looked fresh and the work space they use to assemble food looked clean. I then noticed how everybody there was busy but looked to be in a good mood. It was really refreshing to see this in this day and age, this is usually a sign of good management. The young lady took my payment, handed me my food, smiled and said thank you with eye contact. Great customer service! Once I got home it was exactly what was pictured on the menu! I had two soft tacos and a bean burrito. The meat in the tacos had great flavor and everything else on the taco was fresh. The burrito was really good too. Pretty consistent on not checking orders regardless, if it's the drive-through or walk counter service every time they hand me my order it is wrong and I even politely ask did you check after checking and noticing it's Ron- I hand it back to them every time it's more than annoying. Dec.1st sundat at 4:40pm I want to visit Taco Casa on pipeline. Just to get a taco and a drink. I decide to get taco Drink and some beans. The person who took my order asked me. Would I like to have cheese and sauce on the beans? I said plain. While I was waiting for my order, I was watching everyone there.One thing stood out Was how that person handled everyone's food He would run from the register. Take his gloves off. Put on new gloves and handle the food while it was ordered and get back to the register. Then he would take off the gloves and take an order. He was courteous. He was thoughtful and he was very clean. Now we're having problems all over the world with contaminated food and people getting sick and dying. If only we can duplicate what he just did that impressed me would like to give him a 10 star. So who's over that store #82 i gave a this review for that manager Conner that I found out I gave him a $7 tip. Fast food is what it is. There is a level of food expectation you did or didn't expect and more importantly a level of cleanliness and service you expect to make your quick grab of grub as pleasurable as possible. Afterall, we all have our fast food cravings, our fast food preferences and our desire draws us to places that look the same outside but not necessarily inside. That being said, I get cravings for this chain's generous use of quality grated cheese, it's one upmanship of Taco Bell with it's meat and hot sauce and its superior layout of its stores to make it more like a restaurant. This store does it all well. Being so close to a mall and many strip centers, many other chains there (like Chick-fil-a) routinely have crowded lines, hurried service, overflowing "self-service" garbage cans and hurried service. Not so here. Relax. You know the menu. If you don't there is plenty of space to step aside and let the next person go ahead. The place is very clean, the pace seems relaxed but food is served uberfast (uber as from the German word meaning over or above...not the ride service). Ive been coming here for months and theres always an issue when dakota takes our order, not only is he constantly interrupting his customers and rushing them to order but he also gets the most simple orders wrong every time. I dont understand why somebody so unprofessional and rude would be put at the window every time. I went to Taco Casa to pick up dinner for family. I had two $10.00 gift cards and after ordering I went to the drive thru to pay and pick up food. I noticed that the cashier was having issues with the gift cards and ended up calling the manager over. After looking at the screen the manager told the cashier to tell me that they did not take gift cards. I know this is not correct as my family eats that this restaurant frequently. When I inquired about it I was told that I had to use the cards where they were purchased. Once again, I know this is not correct. I paid for my order and when I go home noticed that I was missing items from my order. There were 3 sides of cheese missing, a taco lite, and I was supposed to have a diet coke but instead received a root beer. This is not the first time I have had issues with this is particular store, but the service here keeps getting worse as time goes by. This is my 6-year old's favorite restaurant, but that will be changing soon. read more

Usually good but tonight the guy at the window was a jerk. Hubby ordered my burrito with extra sour cream and he watched and noticed just a small squirt was placed. So he asked the guy to add more as he paid for extra. What he didn't see was that they put so much on it that it had fallen apart when i picked it up. I'm talking 50% sour cream. I like extra from normal not massive amounts. To show what a jerk he was my husband asked for some hot sauce and this guy must have been having a bad night or mad at the owners because this is the amount of sauce we have. We only ordered three items. Taco salad and taco burger and the burrito. 5-6 would have been plenty. Big waste. They gave us 27 packs. Maybe why they have to charge so much lol. read more

This place makes me forget about Taco Bell. It's cheap and fast and has crazy addictive hot sauce. They stuff the top of the tacos full of freshly grated cheddar cheese. It tastes like a medium cheddar instead of mild and that is what sets them apart from all the other fast food tacos out there. This location is brand new and open until 10 pm everyday. I have never been inside because the drive thru is always efficient. The menu is limited but everything is good. One super item (burrito, nachos, taco, or tostada) is a bigger portion than its standard counterpart and it gets sour cream. My bill is usually $3 unless I add on a regular taco to go with. They also have Taco Tuesday which has $1 tacos all day!!!! Do yourself a favor and don't forget to add the hot sauce! read more

My Super Taco and Bean Burrito were MORE than twice the amount with Doordash, so I called the manager at Taco Casa asking how much the Super Taco and Bean Burrito is at the restaurant and he told me. Then the manager told me that Doordash tells them the prices of their food. I called Doordash twice and was told that the restaurants tell them how much to charge. This Taco Casa is not worth getting through Doordash unless you want to pay over $4.00 for a Super Taco! You would think a manager would know what their talking about! read more

This is the second time I have visited this Taco Casa and asked for a taco salad with chips instead of the taco bowl. They insist on charging me $2 for this instead of just subbing it out. When I ask if I'm going to be refunded for the taco bowl I don't use, they say no. They then tell me I can order the nachos and sub the melted cheese for shredded cheese, but they'll have to charge me 50 cents per cup of cheese. When I asked if they would refund the cost of the melted cheese, they say no. I've been to several Taco Casas in Plano and Paris and have never had this issue. For this store to nickel and dime me is ridiculous. I just paid $10 for a taco salad. From now on I will go to Taco Bueno because they handle this exact same request with no additional charges. read more

This location was good as far as Taco Casas go. The service was prompt, the restaurant is new so it was spacious and clean, and I liked how easy all the condiments were to get to. I got the taco salad and to be honest I didn't like it very much, it was kind of soggy and bland but my husband enjoyed his burritos and I liked that there was a lot of space. I do wish that they didn't take up all the parking in the back from Texas Thrift, however. I mean seriously, do you need that much designated parking space for a Taco Casa??? read more
