First, I must note the guacamole is way better than it used to be, I was harsh on it last time I reviewed (still not ready to try the cheese sauce again, yet). I am freaking obsessed with this meal. It's hearty, full of protein, the rice is delicious, the pico is fresh, the guac and sour cream add a velvet creaminess. Their barbacoa is just... beyond. There's only one other place that makes barbacoa this good, and it's in southwest Texas, so it's not doing me any good. lol So I'm thankful to Pollo Regio for this delicious food, and amazing barbacoa. We also tried the pastor quesadilla. I've never had their pastor before, because... that dang barbacoa, but the pastor was actually extremely good.
