This store is run down and is hit or miss with its food and service. The orders are correct 50% of the time. Today, I ordered a MexiDip. When I got back to my office with it, it was missing guacamole. The item is beans, guac, and cheese. How do you pack it up when it's missing 1/3 of what it is? When I tried to call, the number was disconnected. I don't know if this is corporate or franchise owned, but someone needs to step up and actually care about this location and make it nicer. read more

Store is just run down and dirty. Air conditioner was super loud and thought it was the exhaust fan in the kitchen lol. Needs paint and deep cleaning. Filters in ceiling were so bad. Who ever owns this store please put money back into your investment. read more

Ok, this is fast food but it is fast food that I really enjoy as a guilty pleasure. As an added bonus my husband and I can share a meal and both be satisfyingly full. Another bright spot for my husband anyway, the food served here does not give him heartburn. The order taker didn't seem thrilled with her job. She was not friendly and didn't even ask what we would like, she just looked at us like, well what do you want. But the food came out quickly and just as we ordered it. Actually the best Fast Food Mexican inspired food. Tortillas are fresh, tamales can kinda cover a craving if it's the only option. Enchiladas are made with flour tortillas, not use to them served like that. read more

The wait for our food was way too long. Could tell by the first 20 minutes waiting to order (with only 1 person in front of us) that this was a bad decision. Unfortunately we were trapped with no way to get out of the drive thru. I'm not sure what's going on with some of these fast food places but I just don't expect it to take 45 minutes to get food when only 4 cars are in front of us. This was the worst Bueno experience I have had in years. They were not busy when we arrived. We put our order in then began the wait. As we waited, lines formed out the door. I ordered a number 3 with no tomatoes. Simple enough but all I got was chips with beans. No cheese, no sauce. So I went back and instead of remaking it properly they just put 2 scoops of queso on it instead and handed it back to me. The nacho screw up made miss the fact they also didn't give me the taco that went with my order. I will never complain about customer service as long as my order is right. I had not been to a Taco Bueno for several years. We do not have one where I live now. I was visiting a small city in Oklahoma (Coweta) and stopped at the local Taco Bueno. The food was excellent, just as good as I remembered. The facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Loved it!! read more

The food is always good here, but the drive thru service is almost always bad, and the lobby workers disappear as soon as customers show up. They are either under staffed or I always end up going when there's a shift change. I've contacted corporate several times about different issues, and they've tried to make things right, but sadly the service just doesn't seem to be that great if a big wig isn't visiting. Oh, and the last time I went I ordered fajitas and the meat tasted like it had been coated in sugar....yuck. Fajitas at other locations have been great, so I dunno. read more

I went through the drive thru today. I was given someone else's order. When I tried to call the location I was hung up on multi x's. After getting back there they said they would get me the 2 items I ordered. It took 22mins for me to get those 2 items. I understand mistakes happen but I was not given an apology or sorry for your inconvience. And seriously doubt it takes 22 mins to make the 2 items I ordered. Very unacceptable. As far as bueno's go, this is one of the better ones you will find. The food is usually better here than other locations for some reason. It is fresher, and the service is more reliable and quicker than other Bueno's. What else can you say? It's muy bueno! read more

We usually have good service (Catoosa, Ok) but couidn't get anyone to answer drive thru @10 pm. We and several customers left after 20 minute wait with no response. Drive thru hours are advertised they close at 1 am but door locked and no one answering phone. Frustrating. They probably lost 6-7 cars worth or busiBess. Came to eat in the dining room once this week and took 28 minutes to get 4 party burritos. Came back a couple days later at 8pm and the lobby was closed with signs saying the dining is open, no signs on the door stating they are closed. We are standing outside calling the building to figure out what is happening. No phone answers, called 4 times. Finally someone came and cracked the door stating "the lobby is closed", I then responded "why is it closed the sign says it's open, and we came the same time 2 days ago and it was open"? Taco Bueno is already great, but add the service and the "cantina" feel...and I doubt you will ever get nasty refried beans that are hard or dry like at OTHER bueno locations. I think corporate has their eyes directly on this one, so it's a safe bet! read more

My visit through the drivethru took over 30 minutes. The sweet young girl taking my order apologized and said they need to get their ducks in a row. I asked for the manager and Johnathon Carlton met me at the window. I told him he needed to comp my order and at least two others sitting behind me. He never apologized for the delay and said he couldn't give food away for free. It then took almost 5 minutes more to get my order. Very poor customer service Plus our food was cold. The quality of food I would say is less then going to Taco Bell. The staff was friendly which is only star and the food was fast is another but beyond that nothing special. There was no baby changing station so that is a loss of the a star for us as family that is important when it is a cold day and we had to change a diaper with the car door open and wind blowing in. read more
