This location has had some up and downs since the month of May with customer service and food preparation being either not right or the portion size of food is inconsistent. We all know fast food is a gamble, Chick-fil-A is one of those company that maintains the higher level of service but sometimes you just may have a bad apple and or two that are causing issues, especially this summer break a lot more hires are high schoolers that have never worked a real job yet so I can tell it's becoming more consistent again. read more

I've complained about this certain Chick-fil-A multiple times so this should not come as a surprise to them that their nuggets when compared to other Chick-fil-A nuggets taste bitter like they have let their oil go bad or it's set out too long and it just tastes gross. Also, do not try bother going on a Saturday because often times when I do this and I order on the mobile app they give my order away to someone else. It is such a shame and honestly not the way most Chick-fil-A is operate however this seems to be the case with the Owasso location. read more

Came here on our way through Oklahoma during the day rush hour, The cashier named "Rissa" was very nice, respectful, and had a positive energy. The drive through worker that handed us our food was also very respectful, and seemed to have the same positive energy. The food was hot and fresh and tasted delicious with each bite. The sweet tea tasted freshly made. If we pass through Owasso again, we will definitely come back here. read more

My team and I are here in Owasso for a golf tournament and have eaten here three times in two days. This morning an employee asked us if we were coming back in a derogatory tone and we said no this is our last time because we live hours away. The food was good but gave us all stomach issues. The surroundings were peaceful but the staff was not welcoming. Usual never have issues, but lately the kids running the drive through are either not well trained, or bad at communicating with guest. I ordered the cob salad, I asked what came on it and couldn't get an answer, when I got my salad there was hardly anything in it, just some lettuce a few tomatoes and some egg. (And the chicken). I then ordered a chicken sandwich with some fried and a LG Dr. pepper, got charged for it but didn't get a LG. I love that we have a location in Owasso. During their breakfast hours, I like their chick-n-minis and during regular hours their spicy chicken sandwich is pretty good. I love that they have individual Tabasco packets. Service is hits or miss. Sometimes they take a long time with the orders or get confused as to whose order it is. Their sweet tea is great along with their waffle fries and their milkshakes are awesome. They also have a kid zone. read more

I usually love Chick-fil-A's food but out of the three times I've eaten at this location over the last year I've never gotten hot fresh food. I went through the drive through and they forgot the sauces (no huge deal) so I had to go inside and wait in line a few minutes to get them. The restaurant was busy so I expected fresh food but that's not what I got. Both the chicken sandwiches I ordered were at least an hour old and looked and felt like they had been microwaved. The fries were room temperature as well. I won't be going back to eat here. read more

I am beyond upset at this point. After my last review of this place I decided to never go back again. That was until my brother said he was stopping off at chick fil à and since I hadn't been in awhile and chick fil à in general was sounding good I figured I'd give it another go. My order is pretty simple I get a number one with Colby Jack added on to it. When i unwrapped my sandwich I see that YET AGAIN they have put pepper Jack on my sandwich not Colby Jack. Not really sure how they're confusing these two cheeses besides the fact that they both end in Jack they're almost complete opposites. It honestly baffles me how illiterate a person can be. Not only is the cheese wrong you can see how wet and disgusting the bun and chicken patty is on this sandwich. It looks as if I've taken a bite out of it to try it....I assure you I have NOT put this thing anywhere near my mouth. I am so annoyed that they've gotten away with the same thing and taking more money from my pocket. Yes it is only a couple bucks but when you're hungry and expecting one thing and then get this inedible object in front of you I assure you that you'd be just as upset. This location doesn't live up to the standard of most Chick-fil-A's as I have experienced them. The service was not friendly at all; the lady who brought the food to us plopped it down without a word or looking at us. My order was incorrect and when I went up to counter and explained I received a quick glance at it and an ok. They gave me the missing chicken tender which alright, that's great, but the Chick-fil-A I am accustomed to gives above and beyond customer service. Any other location I probably would have been greeted with a smile, apologized and given a new order with the correct amount of tenders. Cleanliness not on par with others I have been to, so this just becomes like any other run of the mill fast food place you frequent - instead of the one you count on for clean, super friendly, stellar customer service that sets them apart from the rest. read more

Everyone in our family, with phones, decided to download the app.  The first thing that happened was we each received an 8 piece chicken reward!  My children were able to go to the register with their phones and order their reward.  When the first two orders came out the receipt tickets had their names on them.  Let me tell you they thought that was the coolest!  The third order never came.  I approached the cashier.  I'm guessing the order got lost somewhere but he grabbed an 8 piece and handed it to me.  Of course this was for my 7yr old daughter who was quite upset that her order didn't have her name on it.  We eventually got over that.  I ordered sandwiches as well since the 8 piece is more of a snack.  We asked for no pickles on the sandwiches.  They came out quickly and correctly made!  I am not sure if they use the same chicken in the pieces as they do on the sandwiches but for some reason the sandwiches taste much better than the pieces.  My children even noticed the difference.  After our tasting we unanimously decided their pieces are way better than their competitors but we will stick with their sandwiches! read more

This Chick-fil-A is the best! Always quick, fresh, efficient and polite. I wish all fast food restaurants would model themselves after Chickfila. The breakfast chicken minis are my favorite. Hopefully someday they will serve them on the regular menu also. The only complaint I have ever had with them- a few of the times I've ordered chicken tortilla soup there has been no chicken at all in my soup. I'm sure they would have remedied the lack of chicken had I gone back to the store, but I was already at home several miles away each time when I noticed. This location constantly gets my order wrong. I even order on the app most times to make it easier, and they still get it wrong. Last time I ordered, they gave me the wrong order. They then gave me my correct order but not my drinks. I asked for my drinks and they gave me the wrong drink. This time I ordered a 12-piece grilled nuggets and was charged for a 12-piece grilled nuggets. However, I received a plain chicken sandwich and not my nuggets. It's like the crack of chicken. The Owasso store layout is a little odd. The rope line makes it difficult to get your condiments after you order but I guess they had to do something to handle the crowds they get. It was a poor design and they can't very well tear the building down and start over now. But it's worth it to work through the obstacles. I typically get a chicken sandwich and a side salad instead of the fries. I like the avacado ranch dressing. read more

It seems like this place is always shorting me on my fries. I went there today and ordered a regular size fries and the container wasn't nearly filled like it should be. I used to order large fries with my order, but they would only fill it like it was a regular size container. I complained a number of times, but that never changed anything. It may not be a big deal to others, but it is to me. However, I'm sure others have felt this way to. They are always busy and, I'm sure, make tons of money so I don't understand why is there a need to do this. I've been going there for years and have just dealt with it. Came to this location for lunch around 12:20. The drive through went surprisingly quickly! I was in and out in five minutes! A few cars in front of me at the window someone dropped their credit card and the chick fil a employee had his whole body leaning out the window to retrieve it. I always eat here when visiting my parents since we don't have a Chick-Fil-A in NYC. I LOVE Chick-Fil-A (as do all my friends). This time I tried the spicy chicken sandwich and the banana pudding shake (with the waffle fries of course) and I think i died and went to heaven. I also got the chicken biscuits for breakfast later in the week--when honey is added, I think those may even be better than the chicken sandwich. Yum. read more
