If I could put no stars I would, ordered here a couple times in the past in person and had the worst waiting experiences. Ordered my food, was told it would take 20mins, came back in after 30mins and was told "sorry for the wait we're just now putting it down, it'll be another 17mins". Don't ever order here! read more

Horrible service I stood there at the counter for 5 minutes no one greeted me and the girl that was restocking the take out box made eye contact and still said nothing. Quite possibly the worst restaurant I've EVER eaten at, and that says a lot. This place actually makes the Taco Bueno on 76th street look good. Hostile staff, sub par food (when they have any) and one of the nastiest interiors I've ever seen. And let's face it... there are far too many decent chicken joints in Owasso to eat here. read more

So I decided to give KFC one more try in Owasso. Very sad but it still sucks I ordered a 12 piece chicken nugget I only got 7 nuggets in my meal which were cold and cold fries. The total was 10.34 And I paid with a 20 dollar bill the guy said he though I gave him a ten and gave me back 5 dollars and change. I did correct him and he gave me the four dollars extra he tried to keep. I was so disappointed to get home and have been shorted on the food. I'll never go back again. Been a while since I have been to a KFC but wanted to try again, ordered the 8 piece box and when I got it home I found the smallest chicken pieces I have ever got anywhere. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Placed an order on the website for pickup at 6:53pm. I got there approximately 10 minutes later. Most of my order was ready except for the chicken pot pie. I was told that they were still waiting on that, nothing else. I stood there for approximately 30-35 minutes with the occasional person still saying that they were waiting on the chicken pot pies. Next thing I see is a female worker packaging chicken pot pies and putting three in a to-go bag. The manager walks up to me and says drive-thru sold all the ones that we made including yours, here's your refund, can I get you something else to eat? Just had the worst fast food experience of my life. Went to KFC tonight and ordered the $30 Fill-up, a Dr Pepper and diet Dr Pepper. Here was my Dr Pepper. So... I went there to just get a Dr Pepper without the plastic and was immediately met with hostility and denial. They threatened to call the police. Which I encouraged. Finally I thought one of them was gonna be decent and just give me a drink but then asked for my receipt. Well of course I didn't have it. I did not believe it was going to escalate into this. Don't go here. The drive thru is parked so I ordered off of the app. Dining room is closed so I am waiting in there with 7 other people. The floor is sticky, tables are sticky, the bug spray guy is in here. My order was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago. Nearly everyone that goes thru the drive thru has to come back in because something is missing or their order is wrong. We went through the Owasso drive-through to get lunch. The gentleman taking the order had my husband repeat the order several times because he didn't understand it. When we got to the window and paid, we checked the receipt because it seemed high. When my husband questioned the gentleman in question about the order and the price, he said, "If you don't like it, you can pick up the phone and call the Colonel." This location is terrible. Slow service. Employees notice you at the front counter but are busy chatting the back of the kitchen and make you wait until they're done before waiting on you. Often you can hear them arguing with one another during your dining experience. Quality of chicken surely has gone down in recent years too and this location is victim of that as well. We have lived in Owasso for 12 years and have eaten at the Owasso KFC about four times. It is always horrible, but every few years we decide to give it another chance. It had been a few years since our last visit but we tried it today - with bad results again. In the past we have eaten inside. Our complaints were about a dirty dining area - the type of dirt that is a long gradual accumulation showing on the floors and walls. The place looked shabby as well. We have had our orders messed up and I couldn't believe how small the pieces of chicken were on one occasion. The legs looked about the size of a wing drummette. We were craving some good old original recipe KFC today, so we picked up some chicken and biscuits to go. Bad decision. The biscuits were cold and kind of dry. Not appetizing. The chicken was so greasy it was like it sat in the grease after it was cooked. The skin was mushy and the trademark KFC spices just didn't taste right. At least the chicken was fully cooked, otherwise we would have made a trip back and asked for a refund. We each ate a piece and threw the rest away. Just too creepy. I doubt we will ever try our Owasso location again. It's a shame, because KFC has been a favorite of ours for so many years. read more

Ordered 16 piece meal, when I returned home (20 min drive) only 8 pieces. Called the manager she stated that I would have to bring all the food back. Not in a nice tone. When I returned. 20 min drive. She once again was not friendly and made my new bucket of chicken. Reached down both hand and moved the trash can. If I could give the Owasso location a negative score I would. I have ate here 3 times and each time had a different problem. The first time I went I literally argued with the lady taking my order because SHE told ME that I didn't want a large side because it was too much food. Wouldn't let me order the large charged me and gave me a small and I had to come back to get my large side that I asked for. The second time I went here ( thought maybe the drive thru would be better luck ) I was wrong. On this visit I got the popcorn chicken that you couldn't step on to break it. Dried dog food was softer than that chicken. This last time I went o got the completely wrong order. I am missing half my food and have things I didn't order. As we left the drive thru window I asked for sauces and the drive thru lady very rudely said "yeah I already put sauce in there" which was funny because she didn't ask what sauce I wanted but needless to say there was no sauce and the chicken was again inedible. I will never be returning to this KFC it and it's staff are absolutely awful. read more

Alright, I am not one of those tight wade complaining looser that has to be right about everything and enjoys tearing people down. I understand that times are tough the economy sucks and you cant get what you used to with the same dollar. With that said.... I am disappointing the quality of the food I was served! I use that word in the looses since of the term. The chicken strips where thin...How thin where they? If they where any thinner I could have read a newspaper through them, I have seen infomercials showing the skill and sharpness of knifes and they would be envious of the thinness that was archived with these cuts. I chewed more chicken skin and fat than meat. The biscuits where harder that charcoal brickets... I am serious I broken them apart and couldn't find a chew-able piece of biscuits! Don't get me started on the potato wadges... I have not see the like of molestation and abuse to a popatoe before it died and then the desecration of its copses into the form of a zombie like hard yet limp wedge made me have to hug my children for security. I did however find the mash potatoes fluffy and the gravy yummy! 1 out of 4 ain't bad... right? I mean food prepared and ready for the after work rush is in a state that could get war crimes charges filed if these food items if they where being detained at any US military instillation should disgrace the staff and management alike.
