This Wing Stop is Garbage. Let me lay down the list. 1) Employees are unprofessional and loud. Tossing bowls around laughing and bowls crashing to the floor. Sounds like a teenage house party in the kitchen. Rap music loud in the kitchen. Every employee looks and acts like Jeff Spicoli from the movie Fast Times at Ridgemont High. Wouldn't be surprised if they were all HIGH!!! 2) The drink machine was out of 75% of the drinks. Ended up with lemonade. 3) Took over 30 minutes to get my food. 4) The 10 pc wings I ordered looked like they killed one week old chickens... these were the smallest bone in wings I've ever received at a Wing Stop. 5) The taste wasn't all that great... a lot of the meat on the chicken was hard... like they cooked it too long. 6) Every customer that walked in was pissed when walking up to the drink machine. The worst Wingstop I've experienced. The fries were soggy, blue cheese was watery, wings had no flavor and should have been fried longer as well. I went when they first opened and the experience was the same. I figured they would have gotten better with time but they haven't. Don't go if you like you like good food. read more

I love Wingstop, but this one was a huge letdown. We ordered our food (for 2, so not a large order) and sat down to wait. My boyfriend's cup leaked when we went to go get drinks, which wasn't a big deal. We got a new cup and sat down at one of the lesser-messy tables (still had to get a wet paper towel and clean it) We then sat there for 45 minutes waiting for our name to be called. When you go to dine-in, they put the food on a tray, call your name at the dine-in pick up window, and you go and get it. Not only did they call the name ONCE (we didn't hear), they put it in a sealed to-go bag and put it on the to-go shelf after no one came and got it. It sat there for 20 minutes of our 45-minute wait. The receipt on the bag they packed even said dine-in. The worker had zero empathy when handing us our cold, soggy food. When we were there, we noticed the worker quietly calling the names no more than once as the music was blasting. Many people were having to stand right at the window to wait instead of sitting at tables because they couldn't hear the worker and there were zero clean tables. Had an order delivered wrong. The first person to answer the phone was really nice, I wasn't able to drive to the store or I wouldn't have ordered delivery. She wasn't sure how to handle it so she gave the phone to Ryan the shift manager. He immediately let me know that I would have to bring the wings up to the store to prove they were wrong before he would do anything about it. I offered to send a picture but that was not good enough. He was not giving away free food. I told him that was very poor customer service and he let me know he was too busy to be told how customer service was suppose to work. Wow, I am blown away. We order wings quite often. So I screwed up and ordered the wrong thing, That's on me. I thought they screwed up and called they said they would remake them. Drove all the way back without my phone.... Anyway I got there and the manager Anna explained what happened. And she tried to call me to tell me. She spoke with my GF as I left my phone.. and they asked Anna to go ahead and remake them and I would pay the difference when I got there. Of course that's not what Anna said when I get there she said my GF said not to remake them.... And she could but it would take another 15 minutes.... Looking for something new and different the other day, I remembered we had a brand spankin' new Wingstop in Owasso, and how could I possibly pass that up? Upon arriving, I was warmly greeted and given a hot minute to view the menu. Not really knowing what was available, I went with a standard 10 wings and a drink. I decided to split the wings half traditional hot and half Garlic Parmesan. The wings arrived pretty quickly, but not too soon, so I know they were cooked fresh. The two sauces were both great, and either one would be a great meal. I loved the messy, sloppy, sinus opening traditional hot sauce, but I gotta say... that Garlic Parm version... that was something else. I could easily see myself plowing through 10 or 20 of those with no second thought. The inside is upbeat, and clean, as you would expect a new store to be. Food is excellent here always fresh and hot. Staff is friendly. Cleanliness in the table area needs some work but doable. There is a guy that is always in the restaurant cooking. He must be management but he's the hardest working guy there. He Always takes care of you and genuinely looks like he enjoys cooking for you. Usually a decent spot. Sometimes the wait is long but the food is still decent. I recently visited to get the new sweet chili glaze flavor, but when I got home and opened my order they instead gave me plain wings. Now that's not a big deal I like any wing, but while eating my fries I see a weird green chunk in my ranch. My first instinct was maybe the seasoning that goes into the ranch but after showing a picture to others the common vote was mold. I have never reviewed a location as there is usually something redeeming from every restaurant or fast food joint. This place has nothing going for it: mediocre food, employees wandering around aimlessly and scrolling phones, floors and tables sticky, etc. It took over 45 minutes to get an order of 10 wings, voodoo fries, and a few chicken strips. I was one of two people there, and it may have taken longer if one of them hadn't come and asked for a reminder of who I was. If you're willing to wait, fine, but Owasso is flush with chicken options. Choose a different place to get your wings. read more

Don't ever order wings from this place. Tried to do it during the Super Bowl and ended up getting home with half my order. When I called them to see if they would make my other half I was immediately met with attitude but they said they'd be able to do it. As soon as I got there I told them my name and what happened and they looked around at all the other orders they had and then said they didn't have it. The little kid who worked there had some kind of problem with me just asking for my order. I waited for 15 mins just to have that same kid bring me it and then proceeded to tell me it had been there the ENTIRE TIME. How I was supposed to know this is beyond me since I asked for it at the beginning and that same KID I asked was the one who eventually got it and then proceeded to say it was there the whole time. We revisited wingstop after a long break. They now allow you to sit in stores, which is amazing! We ordered her wings extra crispy, which I highly recommend. Everything was great. Great food but terrible service. We waited over 30 minutes for our food to be done when others food who ordered after us was done before us. We talked to the manager (I think her name was Anna) and she was absolutely no help telling us that they are not a "fast food" restraunt and the other persons fries were bigger so that was why they were done first... well that's great we were here first, we ordered fries too, and we're dining in, while this other order was a take out order. Placed my order at 3pm to pick up at 5:30: waited 20 minutes to discover they had no idea where my order was. I had App confirmation and the money had left my account, but they had no idea. They use Doordash for their delivery. Doordash has garbage service and doesn't care. In the about 6 times I've used them for delivery, they've screwed up three (50%!). One never showed up at all; they just disappeared with my food and presumably ate it, themselves. This time (Jan 2022), the driver brought half of what I ordered, and part of what someone else ordered. Coincidentally, the food I ordered for other people was fine; it was my personal food that was screwed up. And since it was 'COVID DELIVERY!!1!' so they just dropped it off at the door in the cold and left without knocking, so I couldn't even check and see if it was correct before they left. Oh, and get this. Their little 'how did we do?' text that came? I replied and they said, 'oh sorry we let you down, go to this link to leave feedback.' The link doesn't work. Hence, my saying they don't care about their garbage service. Wingstop does not advertise who their delivery people are. Had they, I wouldn't have ordered delivery bc I know Doordash is trash. And the Wingstop manager said they didn't do anything wrong, so they wouldn't do anything to fix my ruined meal; which sucks for me but is understandable. I wouldn't want to be on the hook for the morons at Doordash, either. The food itself is fine.
