This place might be okay if you're ordering from drive-thru because the staff was at the line processing to-go orders from the window while completely ignoring my existence at the dine-in line. I stood in line for about four minutes without ever even being acknowledged, so I just left. I get that drive-thru orders tend to take precedence over those dining in, but staff should at least take notice of those dining in and let us know that you're aware of our presence. read more

This is not based off of one experience. This is multiple bad ones. They employ young kids who could care less about anyone's order. And blame the customer. When you order Teriyaki chicken, the only thing that makes it teriyaki is the pack that they consistently don't put in our order. I was apprehensive to try this location based on the reviews. However, I and my family are avid fans, so we chose the side of adventure. I am happy to report it was an excellent adventure! The staff was kind, curteous and timely. The food is the same great quality I have come to expect from Panda Express as a whole. The establishment was clean, to include the latrine. This location has a cute alcove, great for employees to take a break away from customers, or for the intoverted cutomer . I stopped by for a late Sunday dinner and was pleasantly surprised. Food was fresh and tasted good. I asked for half fried rice and half lomen with two entrees, beef with broccoli and chicken with string beans. Vegetables were fresh and meat was tender. Decent food and friendly staff. read more

I want to give this place three stars because it's fast and it's cheap! You can get a meal here for $5.80 We had two chicken dishes, mushroom chicken, and Kung pao chicken The chicken in both dishes was not Lean and had quite a bit of fat. There was very little food out on the line and when someone finally came to help us after they finished their conversation we were handed only part of our meal and asked if we needed anything else. We had ordered over an hour in advance for pickup of two family feasts. We arrived 5 minutes after our reserved pickup time and the order wasn't ready. They weren't even working on it yet the ticket was sitting there. no apologies or any concern for getting the order finished; they just blew off my husband and kept dishing out orders for drive their and walk ins. 45 minutes later they finally dished our $68 meal. by then only one entree was made fresh after they had made It once previously and dished it out to other customers as priority. the woman dishing wouldn't even fill the containers, left them nearly 2 inches from the top. Not all Panda Expresses are created equal. This one continues to have issues when we visit. It was purely out of convenience and wanting some Chinese food close by, that we happened to stop in this location. The lobby was not busy, and the drive thru was not backed up. They were out of fried rice and spring rolls, so we adjusted our order. They said it would be a few minutes to wait for them, but I witnessed a drive thru customer wait for over 20 minutes to get their "fast food" this trip. The workers seemed to be as odds with each other over what was being cooked and when. Over all it was just a really bad experience, and I would avoid this location if at all possible. Once we got our food, it was okay. I felt like the chow mein should have been cooked a little more and hotter, but we felt fortunate to receive our food. read more

I finally reached the order board at 9:30pm and I was greeted with "We close in 30 min so not all items are available. Order and I'll tell you if we go it." We won't be back! This place has been going down hill over the past couple years. 3 years ago it was fantastic and we ate 2-3 times a week here. Now it is so filthy and the food is bland. They stopped making the sauce for the teriyaki chicken and now give you a packed of sauce that tastes nothing like the sauce they used to make. There is always food and trash all over the floor and never a clean table. You have to clean one yourself to sit down. I understand if it's a busy time to get behind but today was 4pm on a Sunday. Dirty napkins and food all over the tables and floor. When I asked for napkins because the dispenser was empty they said they were out. I asked if they had any paper towels or anything I could use. They gave me a couple brown paper towels. I just wonder how long they have been out of napkins because there were dirty ones all over the floor?!? They have changed most of the food to breaded and fried meats. It's sad because this used to be one of our favorite fast food places 3 years ago and now it's hardly edible. read more

Amazing service! Last night, I went through the drive through and bought a large chow mein. I went home and opened up my box and it was unfortunately mostly cabbage, so I called the restaurant to voice my complaint and the manager was gracious and told me that if I came back in, they would give me my same order for free. So I just went inside the store to get my free chow mein, and I also wanted to purchase a side of cheese wontons. I was expecting to pay for the cheese wontons, but Tiffany, the cashier, was so nice and gave me the wonton's for free. So refreshing to get some good customer service! Thank you Tiffany! read more

Workers handling food not wearing masks. Told me to leave when I forgot my mask outside. I started to say I have one in the car. Was cut off with a "bye" from the young lady as she walked away. Workers were laughing about her conduct. No problem wearing a mask. 100% support it. Do not support bad customer service nor being talked to like trash. We usually receive good service, have noticed a big turnover in employees, but NOT TODAY! Ordered at the drive thru, got home, they messed up both dinners. Drove back for them to correct only one, which they did. They did not offer anything for our trouble so I politely told them i'd take a spring roll and an eggroll for my trouble. I showed up half an hour before the store closed. I ordered an entree of orange chicken and asked if it was fresh. The server offered a sample that was room temperature and not very good, so I asked her for a fresh batch. She said it would be about 8 minutes, which was fine. She came back to the Window 3 minutes later and said that the "cook" told her he already shut down the grill and wouldn't make a fresh batch for me. When I asked to speak with a manager the lady informed me that she was the one in charge... which begs the question, why would she not tell the guy to do his job. Crap service. read more

Food is the usual Panda Express fair. However, customer service was lacking. I was told that what I ordered would take 5-6 minutes. So he asked me if I Would I like to wait or select something else? I said if it is only going to be 5-6 minutes I would wait. So I pulled around and waited where I was told to. Fifteen minutes later they still had not brought out my food. So I go inside to check on it. I am told now it wil be a few more minutes because one of the entrees is still cooking. No apologies are given for the wait at this point. I tell the employee that I am a bit annoyed because had I known it would take this long. I would have ordered something else, because I have an appointment to get to. I just get a blank stare back and then a response of it will be just a few more minutes. After waiting about 23 minutes for my order, I am handed my order by a different employee that simple says "family feast, sorry for your wait." Very disappointing customer service. read more

I visit a hotel close by every month. Not many choices in the are so this location gets my business once a month. They never improve, they never try hard, they never apologize for poor service. They are consistently understaffed and those that are there are getting zero training in customer service. Places like this always have a management problem - consistently bad experience doesn't happen without poor leadership. When I asked if more was coming they said they could cook some but we would have to wait. They our open until 10pm so I don't understand why they would not have food to offer their customers.
