We tried Kit's after hearing about how great it was from friends and ordered combination fried rice for dinner the other night through Uber Eats. I included a little request in the notes for sriracha if they had it (this note field is usually overlooked by restaurants but thought it was worth a shot) and we were so surprised to see that they included this amazingly sweet response! I've never seen a restaurant do this! The fried rice was full of shrimp, chicken, beef, and had amazing flavor. We will absolutely order from them again!

I got food from here on 8/15/19 around 4pm. A friend at work had recommended it. She suggested the Vegetable Lo Mein. I ordered that and the Garlic Shrimp. The food was delicious! There was less shrimp than I thought it would be for the price, but I wasn't unhappy. The serving sizes were huge! I was able to eat all of the garlic shrimp and vegetables and about half of the fried rice that came with it. I only had a few bites of the lo mein, but only because I was so stuffed. It was quite tasty even just after a few bites. I was able to store the leftovers in 4 meal prep containers so I have plenty of food for the next 4 days! Everything was cooked perfectly and was still piping hot after I got home. I can't wait to have some of the leftover lo mein for dinner tonight! The customer service was friendly and quick and I got my to go order in a timely fashion. I doubt I waited more than 10-15 minutes. There was another couple waiting for their food when I got there and one other woman came in while I was waiting to pick up her to go order. The woman waiting on people at the register was nice and pleasant to everyone. The inside was clean, but for sure could use a little updating. Still, I'd definitely one here again! I highly recommend!

This is a great family own hole in the wall Chinese food restaurant. It's not really meant to eat there it's mostly to go and it does take quite a while so you want to call your order in ahead of time. But they make everything fresh to order it's great food great people and you can't go wrong eating here. In my opinion is the best lo mein in town as well as everything else you get is wonderful.

There's plenty of sauces to choose from, one comes with the combo & I got the Rooster Sauce - which is maybe in the middle on spice level. Each sauce is labeled on the menu with the heat levels at the location (doesn't show online). I really liked the fries. More of a thin cut, nicely seasoned. The Texas Toast was slightly buttered & has a subtle sweetness to it. Speaking of sweetness, the Rooster Sauce is a sweet & spicy chili pepper sauce & paired well with the tenders. There were a few sauces that caught my eye, like the Alabama White Sauce, Comeback Sauce, even the Habanero Oil. The customer service here was really good. I was greeted & my wait was not long one bit, my food was ready in not even 5 mins. The place was surrounded by TVs. I went around lunchtime & it got pretty busy.

Light & crispy, made for dipping (you can get up to 3 cups for sauces). As I was waiting for the order to be ready, there were numerous condiments to choose from like chili, sriracha, garlic... I went with the sriracha & the chili. I enjoyed both sauces, I like to try chili sauces by the restaurant & theirs is the way I like it. The wait didn't take long at all, especially with me having a Mochinut to hold me over. I went with cinnamon sugar, which is something I'd usually go for anywhere to let me know how good to other flavors will be. Encroaching on a seemingly crowded market can be tough but somehow Howdy feels like an already-established diner. While many newer burger places attempt to overwhelm the consumer, Howdy Burger's approach seems to be keeping things simple and delivering what the people want while staying true to the "burger joint" identity. I've had Howdy Burger 2 or 3 times through the years. My first visit was likely in/at Mother Road Market but a more recent visit was on October 29th (2025). In the midst of an economic stall (the federal government was shut down for 4 weeks at that point), eating out seemed like a luxury. I visited around 2pm for lunch. The weather was chilly and the staff was readily available. I was greeted and I browsed the menu for about 2mins before ordering. I ended up getting a single burger & rodeo fries. Afterwards, me & the lady cashier had a brief conversation about the state of the world as business was slower than usual. The restaurant isn't huge but it was well maintained. I sat near the West windows and the food came out shortly after. The highlight of the food was easily the burger itself. It was a decent size, the bread was soft, and the patty was just thick enough. Each bite was equally satisfying as they didn't hold back on the toppings. I will say that the fries are pretty standard, even with the extra toppings. I don't think the Rodeo Fries are worth wild but it didn't hurt to try. Lastly, I LOVE the variety of sauces they offer and the staff are happy to add them directly onto the sandwich or place them on the side. I've since returned to have the Fried Chicken Sandwich and it was just as good, if not better, than most famed chicken sandwich spots. I wasn't familiar with Howdy for a while and, as mentioned, there are many other places to get a cheeseburger, sandwich and/or fries. But what I like about Howdy is that they don't try too hard, they know what sells and they offer great service. Considering the price, consistency in their products and good people behind the counter, Howdy Burger is good enough to replace your favorite burger chain and/or fast food spot.

Chicken spots usually have their own sauce that favor each other, Dave's sauce is different & compliments the chicken well. The fries got the job done. While we were in the Tulsa Hills area, it looked like people were standing outside like there was a line. The onion rings were excellent -- crispy, well-seasoned, easily the highlight of the meal. The burger was fine, so the kitchen clearly knows how to handle basic grill items. The problem was the sandwiches: * Cheesesteak was dry and under-seasoned * Very little flavor overall * Bread wasn't bad, but added nothing * The chicken cheesesteak had the same issues, so it's not just the beef There was also an order issue: asking for no onions resulted in no peppers either, even though peppers were wanted. That suggests the toppings are treated as a single mix rather than customized. Grill'd seems to do burgers and fried sides well, but the cheesesteaks don't live up to the name. If you come here, I'd recommend sticking to burgers or onion rings and skipping the cheesesteaks.
