The staff are usually pretty nice. The killer thing for this location is that they usually don't have enough people on the line and seems like the turnover might be high even for fast food. In the area for watching the nephews baseball tournament and looking for a early lunch. Taco Bueno was in the prime location. Walked in and was greeted promptly. Ordered To-go and waited while it was made fresh. The order was delivered in a timely manner and all flavors were delicious. The lobby was clean as were the restrooms. The cost was reasonable and the food was hot. I had a crispy shrimp soft taco and some potato sticks that I noticed on the menu (never seen them before) they hit the spot....It a pretty good location and I will return when in the area. did not get our order right ordered the Mexican dips and chips and they forgot the queso. We ordered a taco salad and told them for no cheese and no queso and they put no chili and no cheese and put the cheese on there. It wasn't even supposed to have sour cream on there, but they put sour cream on there. After we told them three times to have no queso and no cheese they still put cheese on there and didn't even put no queso on there. We gave up after that. read more

Absolutely absurd, I have gone to this location countless times in the past year because it's 1 mile up the road that's the only reason. But to be fair the gas spent to go to another location is well spent to make sure I get all of my order and not have to waste gas driving back. Beat fast food I've had in a real long time, friendly and fast service, what more can you ask for.

This is one of the 2 good Buenos left in this area. The last 2 times we got taco salads, they were exceptional. Fresh bowls (a rarity), plenty of chicken and fresh crispy lettuce. Very good, friendly service as well. Refreshing! The other area locations could learn a thing or 2 from this place. Tonight was my second time visiting the inside of the restaurant and both time I walked away cringing, due to an unkept store and poor customer service. My wife and I pointed out to each other numerous things that were filthy. When I approached the counter the worker started whispering while ringing me up. I literately had to lean into the counter and ask him to repeat himself. He still whispered on and then turned to make my food without washing his hands He just grabbed a pair of gloves. The combination of seeing such a filthy kitchen floor and knowing he didn't even wash his hands after handling register was so disgusting I almost just asked for a refund. Three other employees in the kitchen were doing nothinn while there weren't any customers in drive threw or inside the store. Well, one guy was trying to get his Apple headphones on if that counts. The two specialty frozen drink machines by the register were empty and just spinning. Pico bar was not clean and the jalapeños had a lid just chilling in them. Trash all stacked up by the pop machine, tables covered with onions and other left behind bits from who knows when in the day. As soon as you walked in the trashcan by the door had salsa all over the top of it, and I mean ALL OVER IT With this location being as new as it is, management sure doesn't seem to care. I don't know what Bueno is training or paying these employees, but they really don't seem to care. As for my wife and I, we will not be returning to this filthy location anymore. read more

Couple weeks ago I was the only one in line (saw one person inside) so I thought maybe this time it will be quick.....nope 20 minutes! Took 5 minutes to be able to order and then 20 minutes at the window.....the staff didn't even open the window to greet me for TWENTY MINUTES. I really should have just left but I kept thinking surely someone is about to come around. And then today, the lady taking my order prefaced with it's a 10-15 minute wait (which I thought what's new....you never get out of a bueno in less time than that)....again took 5 minutes to order and 25 minutes to get food....insane!!! This Taco Bueno location is consistently the slowest and least friendly of any Bueno we go to.

First visit to this location and we will not be back. The floors were covered in food and it was 11am. The workers were too busy goofing around in the back to clean I guess. There was one woman making food, she wasn't goofing around, but the 2 teenagers I saw couldn't be bothered with work. I asked one of them what came on one of the new items (the Tex Mex Bowl) and he had no clue. I will blame it on this being his first job and he doesn't have to care because he still lives at home. The bowl came out with a scoop of refried beans, fajita chicken, a scoop of guacamole, rice, lettuce, tomato, and a side of chips. Should have been good, but the beans were super dry and were not seasoned at all. The reason for the 2 stars is that everything else tasted ok but it wasn't worth the price. This was a quick stop before heading to Warren Theater so I didn't bother with taking the beans back up to the counter, just didn't eat them. :( read more

Took 20 minutes for drive-through order to be completed, and the only reason that was so quick was because I actually parked and walked inside and asked for my order. No apology was made and I felt bad for the people waiting behind me and in front of me. This is definitely not a fast food restaurant.
