This was my first time going to Wendy's. I thought it was pretty good. The burger I had was great! The service there was good. The inside was super clean! The bathrooms were clean but too. I really just don't recommend this location. They're always slow and frequently get things wrong. If you do go, check EVERYTHING in your bags. I just ordered from the drive thru. I got a salad and a kid's cheeseburger meal for my son. Got home and started getting everything out to find that they literally didn't put the cheeseburger in the CHEESEBURGER MEAL. So I had to load my toddler back up in the car to go back. When we got there, they acted annoyed that I was back and didn't even apologize, let alone offer to give me a discount for my trouble. read more

I go to this location because it is the closet to my work and I go there on my 30 minute lunch break! Again today they missed up my order. I come here about once a week. Service is usually pretty good. I like using the Wendy's app for the best deals. I use mobile ordering and the food is about ready when I arrive without waiting in line. The drink machine is great with lots of choices and combinations. read more

Door dasher here. This is one of the only stores in the city that forces me to consistently wait for 20+ minutes, then cancel the order & leave because they still haven't even started on it yet. We went through the drive through tonight to get our food. It took them almost 8 minutes to ask for our order. There were people behind us that left. Once they took our order we finally got to the window about 10 minutes later. They only had 3 people total working there. We got our order and when we got home discovered that the salad for my taco salad was actually one of their other salads. Half the lettuce was rotten. They gave me club crackers instead of tortilla chips. Instead of picante sauce they put in buttery spread. I did get the sour cream and chili. Worst Wendy's ever. I came around about 10:30 after working and decided to grab some late dinner. The Drive-Thru was empty and the menu signs were turned off. I assumed that since both the doors and online stated that they were open until midnight that the Wendy's should still be working as the lights on the inside were also on. I pulled up and waited for ten minuets, saying "hello?" every-so-often in case I might simply not have triggered the sensor to the folks but I never got an answer. After another few minuets I decided to go as cars were starting to come up behind me. When I went around the side of their building I found the ENTIRE staff team out front smoking cigarettes and hanging out. Apparently they believed that if they turned off the menu lights and put away their headsets they could play hooky from work. I can't believe this store and the unprofessional and disrespectful service they did. This night team lost several customers tonight due to their negligence to their work. I will NOT be returning and I now have a very negative view of Wendy's and will be telling my friends not to use this location anymore. read more

Went to Wendy's a couple of weeks ago and ordered food, came home and we were missing a small fry so we called and they told us that we could come back anytime and tell them about what happened and they would give us a large to makeup for it. So we came in today and they told us that they did not remember getting any calls and would not give us the fries. We were very disappointed. People make mistakes but the way you keep your business going is by owning up to the mistakes and fixing them! Not denying the mistake and the customer. NOT ONLY THAT but when we came back today they got our order wrong again! Ordered a strawberry lemonade and got a regular lemonade instead and ordered an unsweetened tea and got sweet tea. The only thing that was right about my order was the drink. Also, they had someone new working the window that you could tell was his first day. I was trying to be as patient as possible but he had no clue what he was doing.. he had me drive to the window after I explained the order 4 times. Even after coming to the window he was very flustered and no one was helping him. Obviously he had not been trained. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo, a 4-piece spicy nuggets and a bacon cheese baked potato... no fries, neither the chicken sandwich nor the nuggets were spicy and the potato had chili on it. I was an idiot not to have examined the entire order before leaving but I got home before checking and was very frustrated to have paid $15 and got practically nothing I ordered. We live right by this Wendy's and 9 out of 10 times they get my order wrong! I order a junior HAMBURGER and they always put cheese on the freaking thing. Now, if they used real cheese this wouldn't be an issue. However, their cheese is NASTY!!! Not real cheese but over processed crap!!! On the screen that tells you what you've ordered was right,but when we get it...cheese!!! I love real cheese!!! And will eat a cheeseburger if it has unprocessed cheese. But, for real...how difficult is it to just put a hamburger together??? Not the first time this happened either. Gave them a break during the pandemic and when they were busy. But today they were not busy and still screwed up my order!!! I feel for the kid at the drive thru window, it wasn't his fault. Then they give me a freaking double patty jr burger. First of all let me say my girlfriend and I have always liked Wendy's. But, and I mean this is a big but! On December 7th we stopped by our favorite Wendy's for a quick lunch. Right away I started to walk out. Our waiter was either sick or he was high! I mean sweating, slow slurred speech, confused the works. I even make a comment to him, "man you don't need to be up here". His comment was so slow and low I couldn't hear him. We told him like three times what we wanted and he still didn't get it right. Now that's one observation. It get's worse! Being a retired Food Safety Inspector of 30 years, I kind of pay attention to things in a restaurant, even though my job was in the big packing plants. But still it's our food right? Guys and girls walking from the kitchen area to outside several times with old hoodies on, I even saw one walking around in the kitchen with a cigarette in her mouth. No it wasn't lite but still! As many trips as they all made outside and then back behind the counter! Really? Have they forgotten Dave's famous words about keeping Wendy's Restaurants clean? Sorry folks but that is not clean. What I saw that day I would have tagged up the entire place had it been a meat manufacturing facility. They would have been a lot of product condemned and employees would have been taught we don't walk in and out of a food establishment with dirty hoodies and cigarettes. We wash our hands several times a day, we wear clean clothes, we wear disposable gloves when touching food and we don't do drugs or come to work sick and or high! read more

7/22/15 12:30pm waited 15 minutes in line inside the store to get served. Noticed they had two lines. One to order and one to get their orders FIXED! ordered 2 combo meals and a kids meal. Did an up charge for the baconator fries on the two combo meals and didn't get them with my order. Told the guy up front and he said he would get us the fries and call us. He turned around and told the girls in the back that he needed two baconator fries. We finished eating our burgers and 20 minutes later still no fries were even made for us. He didn't follow through and the girls in the back Just didn't even make them. We left without our fries and were very unhappy about it read more
